So we checked our receipt or online receipt to make sure the name was right it was we gave them the order number they finally found our pizza and she was like oh it'll be a few more minutes ended up being 20 more minutes after we got there and they had 30 minutes before that to get the pizza ready and done so it took them almost an hour to get our pizza and finally when they motion for us to come in to get the pizza it was cold and hardly had any cheese on it it was a margarita pizza. The first time two weeks ago when we got pizza from there it was good but the staff was still not very knowledgeable and had problems finding our food so all in all the staff is the problem it seems like they're lazy , past two times we've gone in they're just standing around not doing a thing and nobody wanted to come greet us. Pizza today was cold and burnt even though they supposedly just got it out of the oven . March 14 2026 this was at Chattanooga Tn. St Hamilton place. It could be a good place just need better staff.

The two associates were not very friendly and oddly kept to themselves, even when ringing out customers. Cleanliness could use some focus as well, as the restrooms were a bit rough. Overall, I'm a fan of RaceTrac's and wouldn't mind stopping back by this location again.

Danny took the time to explain everything and did not talk down to me or try to sell me services I was not in need of. Kimberely was a joy to deal with as well. I loved speaking with her and learning about their family and was able to see her in action. She is a smart lady with amazing customer service skills. The real hero was Ollie, though. He is the cutest office assistant I have ever seen. He is a beautiful Golden Retriever. He was a total love bug. I trust these guys and will give them all of my future business.
