    The young man who worked the night shift on 12-30 should not be in customer service. There wasn't…read morea please, thank you, or anything in the way of basic common courtesy. I purchase four or five items, but bagging them seems to be a foreign concept. When I asked for a bag, he must of mistaken me for the employee as he hands me the bag as if it were a self-checkout. I know customer service can be thankless work, but when you fail to execute the most simple task then you're undeserving of it. Maybe I'll get lucky & not have the laziest "I don't care" cashier the next time I return.

    Every time I stop at the Hwy #58 store it's like going to a nightclub. Loud music, crowds of…read morepeople, drinking and smoking, and it's not just cigarettes. I have to hold my breath when I pass the crowd to enter and repeat when leaving. I normally leave for work around 6am, and without a doubt, when I stop at that Speedway they are having themselves a good time and the Speedway employee is part of the party. I have complained about the loitering, the scent in the air and loud music but Speedway has done nothing. I don't understand how this company could or would allow such disrespectful behavior. I only stop when i have to, but I'm done. I rather go out of my way to a gas station that i dont have to hold my breath when visiting, or listen to the offensive music they are playing. DO BETTER SPEEDWAY!!! I do not recommend this store and if I could leave -0 stars I would.

Both were locked and when I asked if I could use one, I was just told "no". I really needed to use the restroom before a long drive home and had to drive out of my way to find one. :(

No refills on the coffee, and charge regular price for coffee. WITH that being said. I came to this location on my way to work not a new location for me, but it's been a while. I usually stop by the location at 3rd St and N. Holtzclaw to get coffee and all the time Covid has been a thing, there are 3 other stores besides #7167 that have charged me refill price for coffee and I go outside after paying and refill my everyday cup. This Location #7152 there were two young white women working and I said what I always do; I have a refill, and the one of them who seemed to have the most seniority said we have been trained by our GM to charge regular price. I then said so every other Location is wrong for charging me refill price for coffee? She then charged me refill price but I left exact change for the amount she was trying to charge before. If you have rules and guidelines, please stick by them. I don't mind paying full price if that's what it is, but this was ridiculous because the same person had an attitude while telling me about what the rules were that were in place. Neither one of them was wearing a mask. The one with seniority face and mouth jewelry, and this is how you know they didn't have masks on, because I would not have been able to see her jewelry. So the coffee price and not being able to get a refill is a rule/ guideline for COVID but both employees not wearing masks, especially around the food area is not? Hmm
