So we checked our receipt or online receipt to make sure the name was right it was we gave them the order number they finally found our pizza and she was like oh it'll be a few more minutes ended up being 20 more minutes after we got there and they had 30 minutes before that to get the pizza ready and done so it took them almost an hour to get our pizza and finally when they motion for us to come in to get the pizza it was cold and hardly had any cheese on it it was a margarita pizza. The first time two weeks ago when we got pizza from there it was good but the staff was still not very knowledgeable and had problems finding our food so all in all the staff is the problem it seems like they're lazy , past two times we've gone in they're just standing around not doing a thing and nobody wanted to come greet us. Pizza today was cold and burnt even though they supposedly just got it out of the oven . March 14 2026 this was at Chattanooga Tn. St Hamilton place. It could be a good place just need better staff.

The two associates were not very friendly and oddly kept to themselves, even when ringing out customers. Cleanliness could use some focus as well, as the restrooms were a bit rough. Overall, I'm a fan of RaceTrac's and wouldn't mind stopping back by this location again.

There was one mobility cart waiting for me however when I sat on it only to find out it was DOA. I asked three clerks to help me find a chair. None of these clerks were willing to help me. This is inexcusable behavior!! However I was told to get one from the parking lot however after I observed there were three dead in the lot. All of the clerks in front of the store acted like they didn't want to help, they also did not attempt to retrieve any chairs. Needless to say this kind of service I experienced is not normal for this store. I am not one to complain or gripe but this level of service is unacceptable. I grew up a mile from a Weigel's and used to frequent there with my parents for gas and snacks. I have always had pleasant interactions with Weigel's since childhood. Coming to this one makes me nostalgic for the smaller, neighborhood one where we could buy milk by the jug and come back for refills! I bought a lot of Willie Wonka candy back in my day. I like how the staff yells a welcome to you when you walk in the door, a show of Southern hospitality! This location is robust, kind of like QT in Atlanta. Just as convenient as the other two gas stations that are located at this exit (maybe more - but I saw two more). Is this super convenient if you are in anything other than a regular consumer vehicle? Not really, possibly a small moving truck, but start adding trailers, rv's or anything of length and I wouldn't really want to opt for any of the options available in this area. Did they have a throw back to the good ol' days and only charge $1.00 per gallon? Nope, that wasn't it either. So where does this start to swing towards a review higher than the standard gas station review of a 3 star? Well, we stopped for a quick fuel up and restroom break to discover that the bathrooms were closed for cleaning (bathrooms was actually one shared bathroom). When the worker overheard us he told us to ignore the signs and to please feel free to use them. Beyond that, he was exceptionally personable and talked with us while we grabbed a couple drinks and snacks. Bottom line, over the top customer service was well received and appreciated after a long day of travel and I would recommend this place to anyone.
