Friendly faces and great quality car wash. A little on the pricier end but well worth it for the hospitality.

If you subscribe to their monthly car washes, WATCH YOUR CHARGES! They charged us an additional membership fee for quite some time before we noticed it and couldn't explain how it happened and refused to refund the mistake beyond 6 months. Their system seemed unintelligible to even those who worked there. Terrible customer service and bad business morals. read more

I've never had a bad experience here but I like to shout out when people go above and beyond. Today I locked my car keys in my car while vacuuming ‍ and one of the staff members came to my rescue and helped me contact a locksmith! Thank you Ishmael!!! read more

Great experience at the whistle car wash in Pigeon Forge. Very helpful staff and a great job cleaning my car.

Usually a good car wash...did a real crappy job on my truck today. Got home and the tailgate looks like that young girl never touched it. I'll go somewhere else from now on. $16 wasted... read more

Always the best customer service from Katelyn....always happy to help and always smiling .

i would give less if i could, you have charged my card for the last 3 months for $40 each time, $120 and i have only been thru your carwash twice. Now i have my bank cancelling my debit card to get your charges off there. Do not sign up for these folks membership because it will overcharge you. read more

my experience at the car wash was great! Katelyn helped me out a lot I will definitely be coming back .

BEWARE of starting a monthly plan with Whistle Express. It is virtually impossible to stop the recurring monthly payments. I have been trying for 3+ months! Your calls to the local office are never answered and calling the national office will tell you they will handle it (but don't). read more

I love everyone who works there! They work their butts off. It's only reason I keep coming back.

Great car wash and employees. One of the assistant managers Russ was very helpful and professional.I will definitely be back.

Not bad! We went to Surfs Up Car Wash because we'd taken the car off on a few hiking adventures, and a few gravel roads later, it was covered in dust! So after doing a quick yelp search the next day, we saw Surfs up was not only close, but had great reviews so off we went! Just like many of the drive through and vac washes you've experienced all over the nation, Surfs up has a series of different wash types to choose from at the pay station. We got their $19.99 option which was basically their "works" package. The car wash caught everything and cleaned all the dust and dirt off. Vacuums were strong and towels are provided to wipe down your ride. The time it took from entry to exit was less than 15 minutes including the drying of the car and vacuuming. Customer service was just fine and the car washing service was as advertised. Definitely took care of us and cleaned the car when we needed it. Please give these guys a shot if and when you need to get your car nice and cleaned! read more

Whistle Express Car Wash - Sign over vacuum station - Car Wash Near Me - Chattanooga, Tennessee

We pay for a monthly membership They shut down the car wash for weeks. When it did open back up you could only use the vacuum. I asked for reimbursement for the time lost on August 9th. They finally tell me on September 26th they aren't going to do anything. This issue took way too long too resolve and then basically said there is nothing we can do. Your business was shut down for weeks, yet I am told too bad basically. I was told we used the business this month and last month. I made this complaint on the 9th of August. Which means the issue was from July into August while your car wash was shut down for weeks. Terrible customer service read more

Decided to try out the drive through wash. This is the car after being washed.... This car wash did not clean my car read more

Had a terrible time with this company that lasted about 3 months. They had a deal where the monthly subscription for car washes was half off so I decided to sign up. A lady came outside after my wash and I told her that I would like to dance after the month. She said sounds good and gave me a sticker to put on my car. I got relocated to Arizona a couple weeks later and another month was charged to my account but for double the price. There was no way to contact them by phone or website so I was out of luck. Wrote a yelp review and had the owner contact me saying they will refund the money... they never did. I was charged for 3 months before I had to get a new card. Scam of a place do not sign up for the monthly services read more

I had great service here. The price is very affordable and the employees are very kind!! Ask for Josh if you want someone to really help you clean. He's very thorough and a kind young man. Will be back here! read more

I Miss the Sure Shine in East Ridge, They had free vacuums for everyone to keep their cars clean and they got rid of them and now i dont uae car washes anymore because they ropw you into a "membership" and paying for something you dont use everyday, car washes are rip offs anymore. read more

Them some truly dedicated and polite employees, I dont like how they ask about leving reviews ..imo... its like that pan handler looking for extra sauce with his free meal. But I get it so here I am. read more

it's pollen season right now and I feel like I've been going to the car wash every other day! Surfs Up is such a convenient way to get my car clean and get rid of any yuckies. prices for a basic wash is just $8 and goes up from there depending on extra services. they have a membership option well for unlimited car washes which is a fantastic option especially now or you just like to keep your car looking shiny & clean. :) I don't get a chance to talk to the employees too often (windows are up typically!) but when I do, they are friendly and helpful. the vacuums are great as they have plenty of suction and they have a narrow nozzle to get in those hard to reach crevices of your vehicle, versus the wide vacuums I've used at other places. also, this place just looks fun with its hot pink neon lights! read more

$12 Car wash was good but vacuum had NO SUCTION! Had to go to Racetrack and pay $1.50 to get car vacuumed!

Quick car wash service that you sit in your car while going through the wash. If you car has dried bugs on it from traveling don't waste your time. However, it does a great job for a quick wash. I personally got the full service package. The attendees sprayed soap and brush the front of my car before entering but it didn't work. read more

Love this car wash. It's always busy but the wait is never long. Free vacuums too. The staff are always super nice and helpful. I was trying to input a code the other day from an old Groupon. It wasn't working and a very sweet kid came over to help me. Car always comes out really clean and I have no complaints. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

I really enjoyed my car wash the first time but the second time I got the wax and it scraped my car terribly. I had to order touch up paint for my car because there are scratches everywhere. I love the products you can use to clean your car and the people there are so nice and helpful! I just won't be going back due to my car being damaged by the car wash machine. read more

I usually go to Suds in Hixson but started going here while Suds in in renovations. I was disappointed at the lack of pre clean service I got from the 2 guys at the beginning. They barely touched the front lights, and didn't touch my tire rims or front/ back windows at all. They were so busy talking to one another, they never even acknowledged me at all. Also, Suds blue tapes down the rear windshield wiper spit doesn't risk getting pulled and caught in the washer ribbons. Since no pre brushing was done, the bugs never game off my windshields or front lights. I got the Manager's Special which is the full wash and shine, but had to bring my car home and rewash the front and windshields to get it clean. Also, tried 3 different vacuums and all had VERY low suction. Never have these pre-clean deficits at Suds and their vacuums never have a loss of suction. And why no blue tape on the rear blade? What gives? The SM parkway location is 5 ml from my home, so would prefer going here, but the pre clean needs to greatly improve. read more

This is the most convenient car wash to me and I find the price reasonable enough considering you can pull around after going through the wash & use their towels, vacuums (which actually have suction!), cleaning sprays and scented sprays. Now that the weather is warming up I decided to purchase a monthly membership. Prices start at $19.99 a month for unlimited basic washes. If you wash your car more than twice a month than this is a great deal. I also like the wash style, no harsh brushes to scratch up my car! I recommend this wash and especially the monthly membership if the location is convenient to you. read more

Great place to clean the inside and outside of your vehicle. Area is clean and organized. Prices are standard. The available in car sprays are standard, with glass cleaner. I like this place bc of the convenience and how there aren't creepers checking out the women vacuuming like I've experienced in other car cleaning businesses. read more

friendly staff and they offer rewashes if theres still soap on your car for free! always have towels and window cleaner available and if not you can easily find a staff member to help you. even when they're busy they never lack in the quality of the wash or experience read more

This was an awesome car wash place. They have a bug wash before you go for the regular car wash. Then the car wash prices are very reasonable and they have free vacuums with several different tools to use to make sure you can get into all the nooks and crannies. Then they also have different scents that you can use as well as glass cleaner and towels and then sanitizer as well to make sure you sanitize the vacuums after use we will definitely be back! read more

This is a great place to get your vehicle washed! The facility is good and does a great job washing the vehicle. The staff make sure to give a quick scrub before you go into the tunnel. Great services and funny workers! Car always comes out looking brand new. Complementary vacuums and windex as well! Monthly membership is $29.95 for standard membership! There is a cheaper option for $19.99 but I recommend the $29.95 because of the tire shine. read more
