I was fortunate to find another stellar hand wash place in my travels. Guy who runs the place is super cool really hustles, and is a stickler for detail. I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

It didn't...at all. As I pulled up to this new and posh hotel I realized just how bad it looked behind a fresh and so clean Sequoia (I am pretty sure we were traveling the same route), slick c300 4matic, some Minivan (I owned one and am so glad to be out of that phase) and two golf carts (told you....posh!). I was a little/a lot ashamed when I heard a trip to the carwash was added to the itinerary (thanks ). So after traveling down the mountain to Chattanooga and a history trip on the Tennessee Valley Railroad (Museum). I pulled up car washes near me and arrived at a pretty nice "car wash" I was a little concerned there was no one to scrub before we entered the tube. A teenage Ninja appeared and started scrubbing. Then lights, cameras, action!! We ascended into the world bubbles! That magic tube did its job!! We headed over to where threal week began... cleaning out the interior. When I tell you it was a real workout! I proceeded to some mat cleaner machine. I don't know if the teenage guy took pity on me when he asking if I wanted him to power wash the mats. GOD BLESS DALTON! The supplies we plentiful and the equipment was up to the task. Warmest day of the year! Driving off we felt like we had repurchased a new automobile! THANK YOU DILTON! I took my car to the Hurricane Express carwash on East Brainerd Road on May 22, 2023, for a carwash. After coming out of the wash I noticed that my brand new car's back windshield wiper was broken during the wash. And not only was the entire wiper blade broken off but the casing too. I immediately reported this to the employees. They reviewed the camera footage and stated that the damage did occur during the wash and that they would file an incident report immediately. I truly thought hurricane express would take accountability and reach out to fix the damage caused by their car wash. After a month of not hearing back from them, I visited the east brainerd location again to ask and was told the same thing. After a week, I reached out to them through their website, and on June 23, 2023 I received an email that a damage claim status update was reported to management and that they would call. This email was the last and ONLY communication I received from this company. I have tried emailing them and reaching out through their website several times but still no response. It has been over a month and a half, and my brand-new car is still damaged. At the very least someone could have reached out to me within these past 45 days to resolve this issue, but nothing.
