While no designated pet area, there is a nice open space to the left of the store that is lit and makes for a great space for pups. Even has a trash can nearby just in case... Inside of the store is your standard RaceTrac with all the offerings you are accustomed to from the beer cooler, hotdogs, pizzas, coffee, drinks, snacks, etc... Service was meh honestly. The two associates were not very friendly and oddly kept to themselves, even when ringing out customers. Cleanliness could use some focus as well, as the restrooms were a bit rough. Overall, I'm a fan of RaceTrac's and wouldn't mind stopping back by this location again.

My son went in said pizza for carl they didn't have one for carl but said they had Carrie. So we checked our receipt or online receipt to make sure the name was right it was we gave them the order number they finally found our pizza and she was like oh it'll be a few more minutes ended up being 20 more minutes after we got there and they had 30 minutes before that to get the pizza ready and done so it took them almost an hour to get our pizza and finally when they motion for us to come in to get the pizza it was cold and hardly had any cheese on it it was a margarita pizza. The first time two weeks ago when we got pizza from there it was good but the staff was still not very knowledgeable and had problems finding our food so all in all the staff is the problem it seems like they're lazy , past two times we've gone in they're just standing around not doing a thing and nobody wanted to come greet us. Pizza today was cold and burnt even though they supposedly just got it out of the oven . March 14 2026 this was at Chattanooga Tn. St Hamilton place. It could be a good place just need better staff.

I purchased a few bottles of wine here, and had the misfortune of one bottle being bad. I mean really bad. The cork was half rotted and by the time we got the bottle open, the wine was more like brown sludge than anything else. Well now what? A store isn't going to take wine back. I called the store and explained what happened. They didn't give me a hard time at all! In fact, they explained that there is a no return policy on alcohol in the state of Georgia, but said they'd be happy to give me a credit toward my next purchase. They asked when I was coming in next. When I got there, Anthony verified my purchase, but during this time he was approached by several customers and other sales associates with various challenges. I would have been completely frazzled. Not Anthony. He was calm, polite and handled each issue and questions with a smile and confidence, the whole time not neglecting me. I really don't know how he did it, but he made it look effortless. Not only was I satisfied with the way the store handled my challenge, but I was very impressed with Anthony and his service toward me and about 5 others at the same time. I can only hope that he is recognized for his stellar work ethic. His skill of customer service is a rarity!

Why make an appointment, pay, and then the technicians DO NOT perform the work? It's total FRAUD! Not the only time this has happened; just the absolute worst! Took my car in for tire rotation and had a scheduled appointment for 10:30 a.m. Watched them put it on the rack after the counter agent told me it would be approximately one hour. I expressly asked about timing and stressed that I had a hard deadline that day and was continually told "no more than an hour." I believed them and worked on my laptop and phone until 11:55a.m. Decided to walk to the counter and check status and was told "We are about to start work on it." WHAT?!?! I looked - car was still in the air on the rack - no work done?!? I explained I could not wait as I had surgical cases to see at the hospital and patients were waiting! (I am a surgeon) I asked for my key fob and wheel lock, and she promised to get them back from the tech. It took an additional 30 minutes before I had them back and even then, the "supervisor" tried telling me they were "playing catch-up." After observing them standing around talking, drinking Cokes, laughing, and generally doing NO WORK for over an hour, I asked for the General Manager's name, and told the self-identified "tire center supervisor of the day" that I had no time to debate or complain and simply asked him if he was my 1:00p.m. patient how would he feel. He just shrugged. Two others (strangers to me) were complaining of the exact same thing while I was there. I advise buying and servicing your tires elsewhere. Saving a little bit up front was nice, but the service to maintain them since then? HORRIFIC!

I wanted to use a pump close to the building, so as to avoid credit card skimmers. These electronic devices can be placed inside a card reader and can get your information as well as the card reader itself. The thieves will generally go furthest away from the building to hide their activities, which is where the pump I used was. After filling up for a slightly higher price than in Tennessee, I went into the building to buy a drink. Prices were actually reasonable and I bought some tea. I had a pleasant talk with the clerk whose husband recently died of cancer, something too close to my experience last year with my own mum, so it was good to talk to her. Hang in there, Gerry! (That's my mum's name, also--weird.) The location was first off I-75 south and it took a u-turn to get back to the I-75 south on-ramp, so it was quite easy.
