First all the location is perfect. It's right off I75 and I think only 2 traffic lights between it and the interstate. There is a nice big parking lot and the store is usually in nice condition with lots of stock of the things I need. read more

This Walmart is convenient off Interstate 75. It is located behind Kohls on the right. To get to it, you have to almost pass Walmart. Then, you take a right and drive up behind Walmart. Next you take right along side this Walmart leading up to the front parking lot of Walmart. When leaving take this same route out of Walmart. The customer service is about average like most Walmarts. There is a Kohls and Home Depot close by to do more shopping at. read more

This place is garbage. Constantly empty shelves. I'm here in a Saturday morning with a full cart. One line open, with twelve full carts in front of me. Employees purposefully looking the other way. Three are three employees at one self checkout area. I politely asked if someone was available to cut down the long check out line. They giggled and walked away. read more

Not only are the employees very enjoyable to be around but the store is very clean and it has everything you need. Some things are a tad bit pricey but that is easy to look over. The only thing I would change is for them to have more diversity in the food sections, it is slightly bland but nonetheless it is a wonderful store. Will be going back soon! read more

I went to Walmart today and witnessed a worker named Shannon cursing out other people that worked there in the FRONT of the store. She used language that isn't appropriate for a worker, and should be ashamed for the way she talked to those people. I don't know what they did, but I didn't come to Walmart today to listen to people who are SUPPOSED to be professional cause a scene and act in this manner. It gives the entire store a horrible look and seem highly unprofessional. They need to keep better people around their customers, and handle things in a more professional and private way. read more

Early shift Customer service and CSM was no help and were not willing to work with the customer. Answered a call in the middle of our conversation and CSM turned her back to me. I've worked at Walmart so I know how customers should be treated. read more

Great location, especially when you're going north. You can see the store before coming up on the exit. It's fairly easy to get to and has, like many Walmarts a shopping center build around it. Very clean looking, large, new and perfect if you're on a trip and forgot a few items. Large and easy parking if you're pulling a camping trailer or a big rig. For some reason, I've found gas to be cheaper in Dalton and usually try to stop in that town to fill up. However, since this Walmart is the only show in town, it, well, shows. The prices are a little bit higher. Not high enough to skip it but a bit higher that it's noticed. read more

This store is called by the locals as the "White Walmart" due to the high number of white people shopping there. The store is always clean and everything is how it should be. By far the best in the area. read more
