We stopped by on a Monday afternoon and got our obligatory pictures. We then went in and got some snacks and while were were checking out the man behind the counter asked if we had seen the show, we said yes and he invited us to take pictures of the staff with cast members and even gave us reusable totes! Despite the products not being made by the shop, I believe they should stand by their merchandise and provide better customer service, such as offering refunds or exchanges.
