I reached out via email, gave Ms. Stella some options, then she met with my parents so that they could choose exactly what they wanted. She offered them a tasting and even brought the samples to their house at their discretion. On the day of the special occasion, Ms. Stella was the first vendor to get to the house and set up. The cake was just lovely and tasted even better. Our guest list exceeded about 50 people and almost everyone asked about the company we went through for the beautiful cake. Beautiful presentation, professional, prompt and flexible from the beginning. We will surely use Ms. Stella going forward for our special occasions!

Pesteh fit my bill for a family-run, small business that makes unique, cheffy and artistic cake creations. The two cakes I ordered, Chocolate and the signature Pistachio, looked and tasted like nothing I could ever make. I am no dessert chef. My guests didn't even ask if I'd made the two cakes, but rather, where did I order them from? Pesteh's cakes taste every bit as remarkable as the look of their decorations. The chocolate cake had a pronounced chocolate, rather than merely sugary, taste. The pistachio cake sang with bright color and pistachio flavour. Wow. Just, wow. Not only did Pesteh provide us with cakes to show with pride, but also, the thoughtful owners gave us instructions on how to carefully store leftovers. Not that there were any leftovers. The younger white girls who work at Flour Confections aren't friendly, so I dont particularly enjoy going here, and avoid it if I can. They don't greet you when you come in, or ask if you need help when they see you looking forever for something and seem bothered when you ask for help. They dim my rainbow. I gave them 3 stars for variety and docked them 2 points for price and poor attitude of the young girls.
