Another customer showed up trying to purchase his lunch while I was staring at the empty display and just shook his head in amazement over the fact that once again the hot food wasn't ready for purchase. Hire employees actually capable of doing their job or continue to watch customer's go elsewhere.

I noticed that gas was a bit more expensive than others we passed but still much less than what we're used to paying in California. After we filled up, we were in desperate need of a car wash so we ran the car through to get all the bugs we managed to collect on the windshield on the way out. Surprisingly, the car wash did an excellent job in getting every little bugger caked onto the car. For that, I was seriously impressed. Since they had a well planned and spacious section to vacuum the car, we decided to take advantage and try to pick up all the pirates booty and blueberries my daughter managed to drop on the seat and floors during the drive.I was very impressed that they gave you plenty of room in each spot and vacuums on both sides so you don't have to wait if you have a neighbor using it. There were people on both sides of us so this was handy. For these conveniences I've mentioned above, I give this gas station 4 stars!

I come here to do my shopping but this time all I needed were my eye glasses. The staff at the optical department are very prompt and professional. They helped me with my eye glasses as I paid a few weeks ago. There is a number ticket system here, take a ticket and wait your turn. I was at optical for only a few minutes and afterwards decided to cruise the store for some free samples. I ended up buying a few items. This store is amazing at offering free food samples, I love it. As packed and busy this place was, the checkout lines were running very smoothly. Cashier was friendly and took maybe 2 minutes to check out They are very efficient despite the long lines of customers. This is my 2nd fave place to grocery shop behind Whole Foods Market.

I guess I inconvenienced her by walking up to redeem my winning lottery ticket and forcing her to stop talking to the gentleman at the pump ‍. She asked if I wanted her to check my ticket and I said no because I already did. She said she did not hear me so I repeated again that it was already checked and I wanted to redeem it. I got "Well what do you want me to do with it?" I asked if they do not redeem tickets anymore (since I've done this before), and she looked at me like I was stupid and said yes they do super snotty. I looked at her wondering then why that entire exchange was even necessary. The first two things someone coming up to the register with a lottery ticket likely wants to do is either check their ticket or redeem it. If it was garbage, I would have simply thrown it in one of the garbage cans spread out around the station. Last thing I want to deal with after a 12 hour night shift is someone in "customer service" being nasty to me for no reason. I don't think she deserves to be fired, but there's no reason to be rude to customers on the regular.
