I paid for 90 days worth of medication and I only received a 30 day supply. When I called to attempt to fix THEIR mistake, Candace repeatedly cut me off, told me I wasn't listening, and said that she would not give me the medication I was charged for. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade and it has always been terrible. Extremely high turnover rate, rude, incompetent workers, and constant issues So many times I have gone without my medications due to this pharmacy's inability to function properly. The ONLY reason why I have stayed with this pharmacy for so long is because it is open 24 hours a day. At this point, I am going to get my prescriptions mailed from a different company's pharmacy. I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy and will never shop at Walgreens again.

Policy caused bad service at Pensacola location…read more Store Managers should be empowered to make decisions at store level vs sticking to a policy that disrupted service to guests. Guest in front of line wants to buy a candy bar and get back $15. He can't due to increments says cashier. So he says, I'll buy 2 candy bars and to transactions. $10 on one, $5 on other. Cashier states, I can only do one transaction per person. That's policy. He says I'll buy his one, then leave store, come back and buy other one. Cashier says, I won't ring it up. That's policy. Calls manager, manager, says that's policy. Sorry. Meanwhile the line is waiting to checkout due to this policy. This is an instance where manager could just let the transaction happen. Vs standing behind a policy. There would be no difference if he purchased a candy bar and received $10 back. Then if I was next, did same thing but received $5. Manager could have easily made a decision to do the right thing. We don't improve if we do not here feedback, so I wanted to take the time to write this story around the interaction I witnessed at Walgreens today. I'm a fan of Walgreens and prefer your store over CVS. After all, it's on the corner of Happiness. :-)

I have "butt pain" it's really funny haha but its not really funny bc it really hurts, really. I been taking this serious metal detox & it's been keeping me up all night peeing, so I haven't been getting any sleep. Then, the post office sent my important mail to my other house by mistake so I had to go there to pick up my mail, sittin in very uncomfortable plane seats my tailbone is hurting like crazy. I usually use the made in JAPAN "Salonpas" pain relieving patches & they work really well. However, they do not stick on your booty like they do on your back. Especially if you are very energetic like I am, moving your booty all around all the time. The patches will just roll off your booty as you fidget around especially in bed when you are trying to sleep. So you really need a pain relieving cream for your butt. Now just for full disclosure, I have tried to put the Tiger balm on my tailbone pain but it gets really really HOT. And I don't like Hot booty. I prefer soothing cool booty cream. That's just me. You might like HOT Booty cream, it's your ass, your choice, Tiger balm is just too hot for moi booty, just sayin. Anyhoo, so if you have booty pain the "Salonpas" pain relieving cream works ok & it doesn't set your booty on fire like Tiger balm does. When I arrived the pharmacy staff was very polite. As I waited for my results, when an employee walked past me the spoke as well After I got my results, I was than given instructions on treatment. Like I said in my other Walgreens review, the Salonpas patches work well for your back but they roll off your booty so you really need the "Salonpas pain relieving cream" for your booty. Hope this helps anyone suffering from Tailbone booty pain. Tailbone booty pain is not fun at all, especially when you travel. Highly recommend the made in JAPAN "Salonpas pain relieving patches" they work really well if you can keep them stuck to your booty. The Salonpas liquid cream is not as good but It's a cooling sensation pain relieve not a HOT one like Tiger balm. Moi prefers a soothing cooling booty sensation. I'm not into my ass on fire. Nope. Then refused to speak to the oral surgeon on the phone regarding the prescription. It was. Left my husband miserable on a holiday weekend. He was condescending and it was Intentional. He then refused to give me back my paper prescription, thankfully I snapped a pic of it in his hands because he pulled it away. When they reopened, they couldn't find it. Good thing I had the pic. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with him. There was a lady in front of me who has a 90 year old mom in palliative care and he also refused to fill her pain medication. The lady was in tears for her mom. He did not care and probably lied to her as well regarding the reason why he couldn't fill her meds. There was also another young girl in line that he refused to fill her meds. It was like he enjoyed denying pain meds to people. That was 3 people in the little time I was there, I cannot imagine how many were denied his entire shift. It was bizarre. My husband contacted corporate and they were very attentive. We will never use this pharmacy location again however. Also their speaker doesn't work in the drive through. It had been MONTHS....last thing, good luck getting through if you ever need to call. Someone always greets me with welcoming words as I enter the store. Two of the pharmacists stand out in my mind; Dennis and Mike. They are knowledgable, helpful and often can navigate insurance issues when others cannot. While this is not a 24 hour location, the opening hours are generally convenient and acceptable.
