Really appreciated that they didn't charge us for the ice/water either. Little things like that go a long way! You need to call them to check if it ever came in and when it does it will take another day to fill. There's always an issue with insurance and God forbid the pharmacist can't interpret the instructions properly, then it goes into we will call the Dr. and a week can go by before you end up calling Dr yourself. The staff seems to walk around aimlessly chatting with each other and not helping customers. They deserve zero stars. And. for all that you get to pay a price higher than you can get at most other pharmacies. It's a real mess.
