One day, when the store was nearly empty, we were the only ones at the checkout. Despite being just a few feet away and clearly seeing us, the woman ignored us multiple times. My wife eventually approached her for help, but she dismissed her. As we were leaving, she stopped us and accused us of stealing a piece of fruit. This fruit was from a stand labeled "Free for Kids." We explained this to her, but she replied, "You folks have taken more than enough," and took the fruit from our 2-year-old child's hand. One pear. We were shocked and surprised. It became clear that her behavior was because we were not speaking English among ourselves. I reported this incident to Dillon, but all I received was a customer service response thanking me for contacting them and saying they would look into it. That's it. This place does not care about its customers and hires racist individuals. Be careful if you are a minority, a person of color, or speak more than one language. Disgusting and utterly disturbing. Employees are often chatting near the registers during shift changes, but I have not noticed duties being neglected or areas needing attention because of it. The self checkout stations are also a nice convenience when you're trying to get in and out quickly. They also have a huge variety of snacks and drinks for just about everyone. Whether you're craving something sweet, salty, hot, cold, healthier options, or pure gas station chaos in the form of roller grill food at midnight... there's probably something there you'll enjoy!

Anyway, this was nothing special but had much more options than the first store I went to. The guy at the other store actually told me to try cvs. (I needed a knee brace because I left mine at home). They have the important pull back toy car section that is also a standard in a CVS. not that I need that, but it brings back memories of when my boy was a toddler.
