I have yet to use the bathrooms but my dad and I come here for frozen yogurt and we were sitting down and eating when I was looking around and noticed how clean the floors were. There is a nice selection of drinks, beers, and snacks. You can't go wrong with the frozen yogurt. I can't remember the exact price but it is unlimited toppings and yogurt for under $10. That is a steal. I am a big fan of froyo so I couldn't help but give 5 starts for the froyo, cleanliness and Ed & Jessica. I just had crown work at the dentist and wanted to treat myself with frozen yogurt. My favorite sea salt caramel pretzel flavor had been out on my last visit a month or so ago. I decided to check again and was elated when I saw the flavor back on the wall. I pulled the handle but nothing came out. I held it down and then when it went back up, a small dollop came out. I tried this again and again and only had a few sad lumps in my cup. I went to the front and told Ed what was going on and asked if he could help. I said no worries though if not, I don't want to be a bother. He said that it wasn't a problem and started trying to fix the machine. He was actually putting forth good effort unlike most employees elsewhere. Nowadays, it is very hard to find motivated employees or they would have taken the easy way out and stayed behind the counter. Ed was enthusiastic about helping me. He then got the attention of Jessica who came over to assist in helping. She was smiling and was also truly trying to get the machine fixed. I was shocked as I know the employees don't make much money yet they were kind and friendly and eager to help me. Jessica eventually got it fixed and I expressed how happy I was and how grateful I was for her assistance. She loudly said yayyyyy when it was fixed and I gladly joined in! What a great team. They deserve to be acknowledged for going the extra mile.

This is one of my favorite places to fuel up. It's easy to access, has plenty of pumping stations,…read moreand offers a wide gamut of necessary fuel. There's a fuel for everyone's cost or need. There's Unleaded Ethanol in octane ranges 87, 89, and 92. There's Unleaded Ethanol-Free in Premium octane 93. Finally, there's Diesel. Costs (as of 11.19.2023) ran as low as $2.93 for 87 Unleaded up to as high as $3.91 for 93 Unleaded, while Diesel came in at $3.96. These prices are very competitive (if not lower than) with other stations. I'll normally buy the high quality 93 octane Unleaded Ethanol-Free to fill my motorcycle knowing it will keep my engine cleaner, and I usually get a little better mileage to boot. The pumping stations take credit or debit cards and I've never had an issue with them. I can't comment on the inside building as I've never had the need to go in.

It is not uncommon there is waiting line formed especially at the Cypress Lake location. At this Costco location, it has recently expanded to 24 filling stations. The lines move quickly and greatly decreased the wait time! Not once waited in line with more than dozen fill up yet! Many times, staff offered helping hands but I quickly declined! Some nearby gas stations are posting $4.99 a gallon for Diesel. I paid $3.39 a gallon for Costco Brand regular today! Inflation is here to stay. You must watch what you spend. They do not try to go for the unusual gourmet type items that Costco carries. They do have the basics and I will note as a health conscious family, the Gary's Quick Steaks in the Frozen section are phenomenal and healthy (drain the fat) if your like Italian type beef. Meat is good, especially the Baby Back Ribs. However, all in all I go there for the staples. One more thing their app that enables you to scan your purchases and not wait in a check out line is great....BUT you still have to wait in line to exit the store which to me kind of defeats the purpose of using the app.

After 20 MINUTES of sitting in the car wash she wouldn't give me my money back and wanted me to wait for her 'TO TAKE CARE OF HER CUSTOMERS' (I guess getting gas and a car wash I am not considered a customer?). After realizing the time I went back inside and told her I had to go to work she told me she isn't refunding my money to come back.
