Their gas fill up area here has a high canopy over it to accommodate even the largest vehicles. The lanes between each pump set are extra wide so as not to feel to close to other vehicles and to be able to walk without fear of being run over. Their pumps are clean, the ground neat and tidy. The store front is also neatly organized and tidy. Inside is where the real magic is. This is like a super convenience store and restaurant setup. They offer their standard gas station staples. Hot dogs, etc. Their little restaurant type setup you can order pizza. Their drink selection is very nice. They offer several flavors of slushie type coffees, iced coffee, soft drinks, hot coffees etc. My go to is their slushie type coffees. I like the caramel. It has a slight butterscotch flavor to me. The employees here I have encountered are always nice and pleasant. They ask you how you are and wish you a nice day. They have several registers, so if there is a line of people they just call someone to the next one over. They do this often and it flows quickly. Whenever I go in, there it is always and I mean always someone there tidying up, cleaning something or organizing. I rarely see this at any other gas station. QT is my favorite of the gas stations.

Pumps are always busted and when they aren't taped off the card readers fail "chip could not be read" forcing you to go inside to a cashier. Which if you have, your card has likely been stolen. Twice at this location I had this issue and twice I immediately got hit for fraud after seeing the cashier inside. I'm talking within 5 minutes with my hard cards still on hand. Now let's toss in the incredibly terrible staff with garbage attitudes. These same staff LOVE to wander off mid shift to go smoke on the wall by Higley with no one inside to help. Place needs to go and have someone with competent ability build her instead.

I went in on Friday to make a…read morepurchase and my card was declined two times right in front of the cashier I moved money after showing her that two charges hit my account for two different amounts that I did not purchase there. She told me to come back that day I was unable to but the charges went from pending to permanent and the money is gone from my account. Management says I have to wait 30 days to bring them a physical bank statement to prove that these charges occurred. I told her I would provide her screenshots from my app but that was not good enough the fact that they take money out of your account at random and then deny it is ridiculous. I have physical proof of the charges yet that was not good enough for them. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Arizona.

Even with a typical long line, I'm always out of there fast. There's free air outside for your tires and there's a huge selection of snackles. Some QTs are slow to mediocre but this one is always on point. Whoever manages this place is doing a great job. The whole staff is visibly on board so I can see why it's almost always busy. This is my go-to spot if I need to be efficient with my time. I know I won't have to wait for everything I need so I can be on the road ASAP.
