I really like the ladies who work here. There is a short man who works here on nights and he has been extremely rude. I often buy the iPhone chargers here as they are $5 and maybe they stop working after a month but then I end up buying new ones. Fine. I bought three about a week ago and two of them stopped working after a day or two of using. I thought, let me see if he will exchange. I had the original sku numbers (the packaging that originally came with them) and used my rewards number when purchasing them. I wanted to exchange at least one and I was intending of buying a couple more, but he was rude and refused any exchange. I wanted to purchase a new one as my phone was dead and he rudely asked "why would I want to buy one if they don't work...?!" ummmm....you're selling them and my phone is dead, so I need one desperately. I asked nicely if he can exchange one but he refused. I wanted to use my rewards but I couldn't remember my pin. The women there remind me that it may be my phone number but he gave me no advice and was annoyed as he said he'd have to cancel this and start a new transaction. I ended up purchasing one, but left extremely annoyed and disappointed. This isn't the first time that this man has been very short and rude to me. I've worked in retail and I would never treat customers like this, let alone, repeat customers. I stop here often as the ladies here are beyond kind and personable. I understand that they may not be able to accommodate me always, but this guy makes no attempts to even try. Learn some customer service. Being rude, just isn't nice and doesn't make for good business. I really was upset for how I was treated. Make this dude do some sensitivity training and learn how to value your repeat customers. Thanks, but no thanks. I'll be back when the super-sweet ladies are there as I'm treated by them with respect and kindness. If I see him, I'll go somewhere else. He made no attempt to accommodate me and I left upset and angry even though I bought something else again from them because I needed to. read more
