This gas station uses deceptive pricing, designed to cheat the customer. Every other gas station posts their cash price at the top of the monument so that people can compare pricing. I chose the price of 3.89. I walked in to pay and put in the pump. It said 4.159. I went inside to check the price and was rudely told that the price was only with a car wash. Every other car was stuck as 76 tells you your discount at the pump. I will never go here again. read more

Did the Premium Touch Free for $14... It was the worst car wash I have had for $14, be it either a Touch Free or whatever!?! Mine was a sedan that only had light coat of dust/dirt from being in public parking lots for a couple of weeks and it cannot even get rid of those... Why? I noticed that even if they say they use "high pressure washers" - I have not seen it during the wash. Additionally - the machine has probably lots of leaks that even if the air blower were to dry the car, the drips afterwards just made the car all wet ending with spots. *ugh* I have had touch free car washes absolutely clean even SUVs coming out of an off-roading trip... Oh, yes, the machine just leaves lots of powdery residue that sticks to the paint. I had to do my own clean/wipe afterwards! And the wheels? Even the Premium had a "wheels" menu - it looks like nothing happened. Wheels looks dirtier than when I took the wash. Oh well... At least it was a touch free and no damage to the car. This review is regarding the irresponsible possible manager/owner who is outside EVERY SINGLE MORNING smoking his cigarettes extremely close to the pumps. The pumps have a NO SMOKING sign on them for a reason!!!!! I pass by every morning and today I actually had to stop for gas and was able to snap a picture of him in the act. Came by for a fill up the other day and the experience left much to be desired. Pricing was a tad higher than other Top Tier gas stations in the area, but the gift card promo made up for the delta! Fuel pump didn't have any receipt paper, resulting in a visit to the attendant to get a receipt... ...none of the squeegee islands had paper towels either... :/ ..the attendant was friendly and the gas station had numerous pumps, resulting in no lines. read more

Car wash machine stopped working after it had sprayed my car with soap, so I had no choice but to drive out and speak with one of the employee to inform them that the machine had suddenly malfunctioned mid-wash... The cashier was friendly to help me out but the lady who helped me resolve the issue made it seem as if it was my fault that the machine stopped working.. Told me to drive up and not move the car while the machine is running or else the machine will stop.... But that's exactly what I was doing the entire time, until the machine stopped mid-wash by itself..... Who would drive up forward while in the middle of a wash anyways.... Also complained that I drove out and didn't leave my car inside the machine.... I'm not just going to leave my car inside the machine and walk out because it stopped working.. Obviously I'm going to drive out and park so I can speak with someone... I'd rather make the trip to the wash in Walnut or Diamond Bar next time for a car wash and better service. read more

This review is strictly for the new car wash. It is the quite simply the worst touchless car wash I've ever seen. During the $9 'Standard' wash the machine passed my car exactly 3 times. Soap, rinse, dry. That's it. 2:00 minutes and no separate cycle for wax. I've seen places do 5 passes for half the price, twice the total wash time with a separate cycle for wax. What's more, the dry cycle barely dries half your car. I had a wet rear window for the next 20 mins. Wet, not damp - like I just pulled out of a downpour. Basically a cash grab and not worth your time/money. TL;DR: The new car wash is overpriced and inefficient. Avoid. read more

This is my neighborhood gas station. I go there regularly. The cashiers are the fworst. Couple times when I went in the store and try to buy something, the cashiers just on their cel phone and ignore me. So I just go to vons next to it. My last visit on Oct 24, 16 around 6pm. i think the name of the cashiers is Eileen. I was trying to get a profane gas exchange (they charged $24, vons next door charged $20). she told me she can't help me because she is the only one working! OMG! all she has to do is lock the door for 30 seconds and exchange the profane gas tank which is next to the door. That's how other gas stations do it. 9 out of 10 times can not get the receipt from the pumps, have to waste time to go inside to get my receipt!!!! Waste of people's time!!!!! How hard is it to keep the receipt paper filled? The African American guy refuse to let her use it telling her she has to purchase things first, and there is a code for the bathroom, he is first time working there and doesn't know the code. Gas is reasonable but car wash is not that great. My car isn't completely dry from the blower. I always have to bring a towel to reclean it.

Yay! New car wash touchless machine does an okay job for touchless. It's better than dulling your paint and lights. They fenced off areas where homeless were hiding out behind car wash and dumpster. This gas station at ALL times will always have someone approaching you while pumping gas asking you for money. For the longest time, it was a transient man. Today, was a young boy, I've had woman approached me as well at any time during the day when I pump. It's quite annoying the staff doesn't do anything about it. I came here at 6:30pm without calling ahead and they started my oil change immediately. The mechanic is a gentleman and very friendly. I only knocked off one star because the prices aren't exactly the best in town ($40 for an oil change). However, the price is still reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me.
