I have had very bad luck with ampm and Arcos lately. This one is a gas station so their prices are kind of high for the food and stuff. But the people inside were very nice and and the gas pumps worked pretty well cause It moved pretty fast. And the location of it is perfect. It's too bad that I cannot give this place 100,000 negative stars. We stopped to get gas and two of the pumps card readers weren't working. I believe that he does this on purpose so that people HAVE to pay cash. They are pumps 5 & 6. We tried both and the card reader immediately declined any card we tried to use. So my husband went inside and was first accused of being too stupid and not understanding how the card reader works so the person inside explained to him how to use it as if he was 5. This wasn't the issue, my husband tried to explain but the guy was too busy being right to listen to anyone. There was a lady who walked in and the employee immediately told her that my husband STOLE her gas. She said that she told him number 8 and the employee said no, you told me number 5, she again said number 8 and said she was sure she said number 8 and the employee said again she said number 5. My husband finally left , letting the poor confused lady that the employee can never be wrong. Avoid this place. They are either capturing debit and credit card information or at minimum making people use cash because none of the card readers work. We will NEVER go here again. read more

It used to be service stations focused on service. I stopped in to use the restroom, and was planning to buy things, but was told abruptly the restroom was out of service. Too many places close the restrooms, and limit stock, because they are lazy, and don't want to be bothered to keep up with cleaning or maintenance. It is my understanding that franchises are supposed to meet a level of service, and this one did not. read more

Service is terrible. Customers not treated with respect. The don't take credit which is no big deal. Went to debit and was told that my card don't work either since my card was damaged. I told him it works to run it again and the guy got attitude and told me to fuck off. Still finished my transaction tho. Will definitely not be back. read more

Pretty dumpy station that is always dirty, and often the pumps have issues. They don't take credit cards. Getting in and out is a nightmare due to the traffic and the tiny space around the pumps. I'd avoid it. read more

Worst service ever...I went to this gas station early in the morning and had the misfortune to deal with one of the worst attendants I ever met (her name tag said her name was Carina). She spoke in a rude tone the whole time and you could tell the whole time she didn't even want to be there. I went in to buy a drink and put some gas on the pump for my car. I clearly told Carina i wanted gas at the pump and the water. She only charged the water and when i asked her about the gas she told me she'd have to run the transaction again and charge the debit fee. I asked if she could waive the fee and she said she could not. When I brought up my concern about her not listening properly to my order she angrily told me that i did not tell her to put gas on the pump even though i told her in a clear and audible tone. I sent a complaint to Arco corporate and nobody has gotten back to me so far. I'm not surprised given how cheap and trashy Arco is as a brand and a gas station anyway. Definitely avoid this stop if you can and don't waste too much time there if you really need to stop by for gas. These people really suck at their job and honestly have no place to be running a gas station. read more

THE WORST GAS STATION EVER!!!! First of all, it took me 20min to fill up to 16.1 gallons. How can that be?! 20min!!! I should have noticed earlier that something is wrong with the nozzle. Secondly, the nozzle didn't click when the tank is full. It continued to fill!!! The gas is leaking everywhere and it's already been late when I noticed it!!! I went to the store and talked to the employee there and his attitude is SUPER RUDE!! He said it's because I pressed the nozzle after it clicked!! THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME TO FILL UP THE GAS! I AM AN EXPERIENCED DRIVER!! This is so ridiculous. They wouldn't admit that it's their and the nozzle problem. Totally ruined my day! I will never ever go to that station at all! read more
