If you need air for your tires, you have to purchase fuel for your vehicle or pay for the air. If you pay for the air, don't use the little slot for coins on the machine, it doesn't work. Pay $1.50 by card or $1 with the gas station attendant inside. Attendant was helpful. read more

This store gas station sells expired Gatorade bottles, I came back to exchange a bottle and the person in charge which I think his name is Rogelio was refusing to exchange one bottle of Gatorade unless I show the receipt. who saves the receipt for a bottle of Gatorade? after you throw it away Not until I showed him proof of purchase on my credit card is when he exchanged it. they just lost a loyal customer that's been coming for a long time. They're way higher than the rest of the gas stations nearby, but that's besides the point. I had to pay to use the air for my tires 3 times at $1.50 each time because the air time simply did not last long and the pressure was too low or something to fill up my tires. Awful and a complete waste of money if they would just let you use the air for free like any decent gas station. I had to go somewhere else anyways as my tires still were not full and I didn't feel like spending money here, like why does anybody go here? They have nothing going for them. read more

I went to this Shell station on the corner of Hacienda Blvd and Colima Blvd to wash my car . I paid for the car wash and took car in. The car wash asked me to go up till it said stop, then a flashing notice told me I needed more money. I went out of the car wash and went over to the cashier and told her about the problem. She offered to return my money, I told her I'd try it again but needed a new # code to try it again. She gave me a dirty look and said no. I told her I needed a new code and I would use the same money. She said, rudely, the car wash is working!! She them threw the &5.00 bill at me. She's a big, dark Latina heavy woman who was taking her husband's place, who is also a big heavy guy, also very rude. Lol...what up with the people ( i think it was a girl who's been there a long time or the manager) that work here. Couple of things. Sent my son in here to buy a Monster Drink. He comes back out and says that the manager or cashier inside said he needed an ID to Monster drinks, lmao. When did they enact a law requiring you to be 18 to buy soft drinks, wtf?! Had to go inside, argue with a dumbass lady who finally gave in cuz one of her employees pulled her aside and told her Monster is not an alcoholic beverage lulz. She didn't even apologize after for her stupidity. Was driving by other day and Gas is $4.03 at other places and they were charging $4.69 for cash and $4.99 for credit or debit card....lol, what a rip, I'll never buy gas or anything else here if I can help it. read more

This Chevron is the worst. It's always at least 20cents more than surrounding gas stations for the mid-grade and premium gas. They used to be one of the best around, with strange midnight specials, knocking off a couple cents for the lone rangers of the night. I'm not terribly fond of the TVs in front of my face while I pump.

So I've been here a few times. There are ups and downs to this gas station. Like many have already said, the pricing listed outside/banner thing is for the cash/chevron card. I've been paying with my credit card and noticed that they charge and extra $0.20 per gallon while others only charge an extra $0.10 and for that I give them one 1 star. However, after driving around and comparing prices for over a month now, this Chevron tends to have cheaper gas prices (cash wise). Recently the gas price here was $3.85 (Cash) for Unleaded 87. Another Chevron on Azusa and Amar was at $4.07 (Cash) for Unleaded 87. And for that I give them 5 stars. I just recently applied to their Chevron Visa Card to see if I can take advantage of their cash price since their cash price says "Cash/Chevron Card" and needed a new credit card anyways. I'll update later to see if this remains true. *Update 4-11-13* I finally got my Chevron Visa Card and used it here at this location. If anyone is planning to open a credit card for gas and use Chevron gas, I'd recommend getting this card. With the card I got the cash price which is the lowest in the area. The regular gas (Octane 87) price here is around $3.80 cash. With a regular credit card they'll charge you an extra $0.20 but with the Chevron Card you get the cash price. P.S. The guys at the counter at night are extremely helpful. I don't usually go during the day but the nighttime customer service there is great. read more

If you're smart you'll avoid this station entirely, I've worked here and experienced the complete lack of customer service when problems arise at the pump, or cashier. The manager is rude, and usually hostile. Most of the morning employees are completely useless, pushing off work onto other cashiers on later shifts and claiming they are too busy to help. I would not suggest anyone buy any of the food from the deli, having worked in the deli I've seen the conditions the food is kept in, and how little attention the workers pay to how long food has been on shelf, or sitting in the deli counter. I've literally been asked to escort two blind patrons out of the store because they were 'in the way'. The only real plus side is the almost immaculate restrooms, which all of the MALE employees are forced to do. The female employees tend to play to the manager and avoid any kind of labor. I urge you to try and get a morning female employee to help you, let the rest of us know what your experience was like. read more

Went to get gas this morning and the price posted was $3.79 but it showed as $3.94 at the gas pump. Not cool! I noticed another customer was also doing a double take. I was already late for work, so I didn't go in to say something. I've never had issues here before but maybe they couldn't be bothered to change the price because it fluctuates so much. read more

I will never pump gas at chevron again!!! I paid .20 more per gallon for using my ATM. The gas price was 3.97 per gallon and I paid 4.17 per gallon. That is a ridiculous and excessive amount to charge. Will never pump here again !!! read more
