I wasn't far away and just wanted something simple for breakfast so I brought up the app and placed…read moremy order with a pick up time of 9:30 in the morning. I drove there and got there a few minutes early and walked in. It was extremely busy inside, so I walked up to the counter And showed my phone to a lady who is working right there. She told me it would be a few minutes or something, and I went to wait. I watched a lot of people placing orders at the kiosk and waiting and then receiving their orders and leaving all the while I was still waiting for my order. It was near impossible to get someone's attention and I waited almost 25 minutes before I was able to ask someone about my order. I had the app open in my phone and watched it disappear from my screen and that's why I approached. Lady asked if I had a mobile order and I suggest but it just dropped off my screen And she proceeded to tell me that all my order would be at another window that I couldn't even see that was around the corner. Sure enough my sandwich was just sitting there. I'm not sure how long it had been ready, but it wasn't totally cold yet. For me this is a tooth old problem. The first is that when I placed the order in the app there was no indication from anywhere that my order would be at a separate window. The second problem is that there was nothing in the store by the other windows to say that mobile orders were around the corner. I understand that they were extremely busy and it's probably like this every day. It was very clear that orders were not coming out as quick as expected by pretty much everyone. To be fair to the employees, they all were working very fast and hard to get orders out. The fault in this case I feel falls with Wawa and store management for not having clear signage the notification for Ware to pick up based on where you ordered. While this was my first visit to this location and I was definitely disappointed. My sandwich was made correctly as I ordered itand tasted really good. If I have the opportunity to stop again I just hope that it's lunchtime or at a point when maybe they're not quite as busy but at least I will know where to pick up a mobile order.

Purchased $12 in drinks and also got a cup of ice. I noticed the older Indian lady who was cashiering at the time charged me $1.50 for the cup of ice. I advised there wasn't a beverage in the cup just ice. She stated that I could still go back and fill the cup later afterwards. I was throughly offended!! why would I need to go back and steal a fountain drink when I literally just purchased many bottles of drinks. Then she says that the cup costs money and has to charge full Price. I found this so ironic and hilarious because after I refused she still had to throw the cup away in the trash. To my surprise, I was told it cost $0.54. I always thought the charge covered the store's cup, not the ice. As I headed out, a younger male employee aggressively snapped at me, accusing me of stealing ice. When I explained I didn't know, he started insulting me, even making a nasty comment about my bald head. Totally unprofessional and humiliating. I tried to speak with the manager on several visits, but when I finally did, he told me I was banned for supposedly making "death threats." That never happened. I wasn't even allowed to explain what really occurred. On top of that: * Bathrooms are almost always locked. * Drink machines are shut off from midnight to 6 AM. * Hot food is cut off after 10 PM. Between the disrespectful staff and lack of basic services, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
