I got a triple cheese burger, as I was quite hungry. It tasted like a fast food burger, except.....except.....it was freshly made, and the burger actually tasted of beef. I rarely find that in a fast food burger. My mom got a bacon burger, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Per my mom: "I ate a big burger, but I don't feel stuffed or gross," when I asked her opinion. She also got one of their "slushee" type drinks, and it stayed carbonated for awhile. The woman running it (manager?) was so welcoming, and she offered suggestions for us first timers of what to order. And she did this at 9:30 at night. Infinitely redeemed from the previous fast food review of Alabama that should not be named. I forgot to take a picture, but imagine a meatier looking burger than a typical fast food burger.....and my mom and I enjoying it.

I'm not sure if the boxes taking orders was down, but the truck in front of me and I both ordered, paid and received our food at the same window. At one point I wanted to leave since I was in line and waiting such a long time, but this is where customer service saves this review. The young man taking my order was so kind and courteous. He got everything done quickly. I ordered the Big Buford. It was delicious! One of the best burgers I've had in a while. A double patty is the way to go! This location is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I think it must have had a renovation recently, it looked so new and inviting! I decided to eat here last week, and I ordered a burger on their app with extra tomatoes and lettuce, and omitted onions. I like that you can modify your order on the app, however that is great only if they follow your modifications. I may have gotten the extra lettuce and tomatoes, but they definitely still had onions on my burger. No biggie, I just picked them off, but it's a little hard to do that while eating it on the go in my car. The burger was okay, I personally like my burger patty thicker and more flavorful. I always order my fries with the cajun seasoning. Deducting points here because the service is usually awful. There is no Chick-Fil-A courtesy around here. When I'm ordering, I usually have to repeat myself 3-5 times. I've never been inside, but this one does have a dining room.

The first time I waited in line. Four people were in front of me, and when I got to the counter and tried to order the chicken soup. The cashier told me he couldn't push the soup button. It was after 10:30 am. He asked me what else I would like. I explained I would have to get out of line to ask my elderly dad who was sitting down. The order was canceled. I wasn't going to get back in line because there was now 5 people in line. Lately, also there is always at least 10 people standing in the lobby waiting for orders.
