This location is close to home and convenient to getting on the interstate. That said, it's usually crowded, and not super easy to get into and out of when it is. They had to make adjustments with cones to keep it from being complete chaos. If you watch the prices, you can also see that the prices can change a couple times during the day. Never been a real fan of that, and sometimes that means they aren't the best price, but it's generally balanced by the convenience instead of chasing a few cents off here or there. read more

All in all, a decent gas station just off of Interstate 65. It is a few cents less a gallon, which is always a good thing. I just fueled up here, so I cannot comment on the inside, but I was able to get my gas and get back on the road in no time flat. read more

This gas station is always a challenge to get to a pump since it's close to the interstate with competitive prices. Not unusual to have some trailer or other large vehicle in the lot at any given time, so sometimes it's a little tight to maneuver, and there isn't much extra room in the lot so sometimes there's overflow into the traffic lanes of the shopping center. Still relatively easy way to get gas before heading out on a trip. read more

Was picking up groceries for our grandmother down here and needed gas; this gas station is in the parking lot of Walmart, so very convenient. Prices are competitive, and so were the pumps! They were packed! We finally found one and filled up and we're on our way. I'd stop here again if I'm the area. read more

Needing some gas, we stopped by to fill up. The place was very busy. We circled around and finally found a free pump. It was this busy the entire time we were there. Maybe its due to being located close to the exit and in the Walmart parking lot. Gas prices also were lower than nearby gas stations. I'd stop by here again when in the area. I can't speak to the cleanliness of the inside of the store, or their beverage and snack selections as we didn't go inside on this visit. read more

I'm sorry, there are lots of pretty good review scores for this place, but I'm just really not a fan. First they are extremely small depth wise. What I mean is they stretch a fair distance across the back end of the Walmart parking lot - but they are long and thin. Not a lot of room to maneuver around the single line of pumps they have. Not uncommon to come here and have every pump occupied and have to try and find a spot to sit out of the way, but still be able to lay claim to the next open pump. Prices are on par with everything else in the area, but when you factor in that you have to deal with the traffic you will encounter at Walmart as well as the limited footprint of the actual space they have allocated for the pumps ..... I rule this one out and wouldn't go out of my way to recommend unless you absolutely need to get filled up. read more

I have been here several times - it is what it is. Great location off I-65, great prices, friendly staff, good coffee. All the pumps are always full on the way home in the afternoon, so stop in early in the morning to avoid the crowd. Occasionally they will have an repeat issue with a gas pump, or they run out of coffee cup lids, so I subtracted a star for issues that should be preventable. My favorite thing is their seasonal cappuccino flavors. They currently have a pumpkin spice which is really good mixed with 1/3-1/2 cup of regular coffee (i.e. for reduced sugar). Their coffee and cappuccino are the same cost. Gas prices at this location may be as much as $.10 a gallon below competitors. I will definitely be back - and would recommend this station for anyone traveling the I-65 between Birmingham and Alabaster. read more
