They have a self-serve soft serve ice cream station along with a huge candy section where you can fill a bag with however much you want. Honestly, they seem to have just about anything you could need during your trip. My husband ended up buying a Hilton Head T-shirt, and I found the cutest oyster shell ornament for our Christmas tree. While checking out, I looked over by the ice cream section and spotted the viral chicken wing ice cream that's apparently made in Charleston, South Carolina. I got way too excited because I've seen it all over social media but had never found it in person before, so of course I had to buy it. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. They also have a front patio area where you can sit and enjoy your snacks, plus extra racks of clothing outside if you're souvenir shopping. Overall, this place has a little bit of everything and is definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Plus this is walking or biking distance to some of the beach resorts nearby. They have a good variety of wines, seltzers, beers and infused adult beverages. Snacks are plentiful, there's an ice cream bar and at some times of day, hot food is available. It's all a pretty chill atmosphere. If you forgot sunscreen, swimsuits, bug spray, band aids they have all that too. Plus kids beach toys and souvenirs. Plenty of HH logo tee shirts and water shirts to choose from. The lady at the counter says Sir we are closing after this person. But mame you said to get here by 7pm and it's 6:58. Sorry sir she is the late customer. I said I rushed over here from Harbour Town because you said get her by 7pm. "I AM SORRY BUT WE ARE CLOSING AFTER THIS LADY" What are you serious??? it's 6:58, the pharmacy closes at 7pm. Each week there is a different variety... some choices I've never even heard of like hogs head fish, triple tail fish, sheepshead fish, black grouper, gag grouper (caught by spear!) and others. They are quite pricey though $32-40/lb. You can order ahead with your name, phone number, and time/ date of pickup and they will set it aside for you. We're from Charlotte and packed our large cooler with ice ($3 for 7lb bag / $6 for 16lb bag) to take fresh fish back with us ! The lady at the counter said she was a chef and gave good descriptions of the flavors of each fish and some great ideas of what to pair each with when placing the order. Apparently one type of fish was not available when delivered, so they called me to advise of that fact and ask if I was interested in hog fish that came in instead. When I went to pick it up, the guy got the rest of my order ready. This place has a whole section of different colors of Piggly Wiggly t-shirts in different colors. They have an entire section of local made goods too. Jams, pickled items, dressings, preserves, hot sauces, bbq sauces, cocktail sauces, honey, etc. I also got one of their cute Piggly Wiggly bags that had a cute pig butt on the back side that said "wiggle wiiggle". Now this location is pretty convenient, located in Colgny Square, especially if you're renting. a house/condo in the area, it's walkable and easy to get to. This location also has a larger parking lot, so if you're just running to grab a few things, you shouldn't have a problem finding parking. When you arrive outside, you'll see a large pig cutout, don't be embarrassed take a pic with the pig, we took many lol. When you go inside, you may feel like you walk into the grocery store, you feel like you walked into a bit of a time warp. I promise you that only leads to the charm of the Piggly Wiggly. Before you can go to the produce section, you have to pass through the merch. This is where Piggly Wiggly shines. They have shirts of every size and color. They have shirts/onesies for infants, hats, beach bags, koozies, sweatshirts, and they now even have a line of holiday inspired shirts. I will say prior to going to the Piggly Wiggly we had gone grocery shopping at a bigger box store, and I'm a bit annoyed that we did. The prices at Piggly Wiggly were cheaper, way cheaper.
