From the beginning, the mechanic insisted that I stay in the car and not watch the work. He was very persistent about it and clearly did not want me nearby while the tires were being changed. I paid for the service in cash. Immediately after I left, my car started showing serious problems. The ABS and brake warning lights came on, the speedometer stopped working, the speed limit display disappeared, and warning lights appeared on the mirrors. All of this happened right after their service. There is no way this is a coincidence. Either something was broken during the tire change or sensors were damaged or even removed. Considering that I was not allowed to watch the work and that the payment was taken in cash, this situation feels extremely suspicious. My car was NOT like this before I came here. Now I'm left with an unsafe vehicle and problems I never had. No explanation, no responsibility, just damage after a so-called "simple" service. I strongly advise people to be very careful, document everything, and think twice before trusting this place. I will never come back and I do NOT recommend this business.

However- the prices here are STEEP!! Not just the gas prices (I mean, I did slightly expect that for the region), but 1 to-go Cinnabon was over $5! A two pack, over $10... you can probably guess what the 1/2 dozen would be. My jaw dropped when a full dozen was pushing $50+. Sorry, but diabetes in a box shouldn't cost more than splurging on the salad bar at Whole Foods! Great place to stop & you can really find everything you need on the go, plus some fresh, hot food (or deli selections). But, the prices are just a bit steep, and this is a very busy travel center when you're looking for a "rest" stop.
