The grounds are quite expansive and dotted with the lodge and cabins. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. They offer many activities including: horseback riding, mountain biking, fly fishing, UTV riding, hiking, skeet shooting, a swimming pool, and more (even a mechanical Bull!). The food was prepared on site and delicious! Beef centric menu but so tasty, and they accommodated a vegetarian in our party easily. I looked forward to the breakfast each night and dinner each morning! The best part of the stay, however, was the staff. They were amazing! They took care of everything, and always with a smile. They do everything at the ranch, and the team here takes the experience to the next level. I highly recommend a trip here to unwind and recharge!

If you're looking for a place to ride, Montrose is one of the most beautiful places you could choose. Our guide, Justin, was fantastic! We've been riding with him every year during our annual trip for the past six years, and he always makes the experience fun, safe, and memorable. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about both the riders and the horses. The horses are gentle, well-trained, and a pleasure to ride. My mom is a beginner, and her horse was calm and patient, making her feel comfortable the entire ride.
