We contacted this pharmacy several days in advance to transfer my wife's prescription from our home pharmacy. What should have been a routine, straightforward process turned into unnecessary resistance and delays. The issue occurred on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, between approximately 6:00-9:00 PM, with the pharmacist working during that time. She was dismissive, unwilling to assist, and cited "policy" reasons that later proved to be false. To verify, we contacted another pharmacy, which completed the transfer without any issue and explicitly stated that the information we were given previously was inaccurate. This strongly suggested that the problem was not policy, but a lack of professionalism or willingness to help. Given the importance of reliability and clear communication in healthcare, this experience was concerning. We hope management reviews this interaction to ensure accurate information and consistent service standards going forward. When a pharmacy mishandles situations involving essential medication, it undermines trust and puts patients at risk. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

When he rang me up I noticed he rang them up at .79 cents each. I asked him why he was charging me that price when it should be .75 cents each. He argued with me that the price he charged is correct. We went back and forth. He took .10 cents off and said is that better. He then threw the cookies back where they were and said it's too late now, I couldn't have the cookies. I told him he shouldn't be over charging people even it's a few cents here and there. I noticed my son was very uncomfortable. The attendant said he didn't need my business which leads me to believe was the owner. Everyone please make sure you are not being overcharged. I will be reporting him
