Driving home one night and the gas light popped on since I totally forgot I needed gas. I'm a Shell station regular but this was an urgent need and not Shell in sight heading North after passing Esco. Took an immediate right exit off Deer Springs and exited. Double whammy of gas bad luck. Fuel truck filling up and some dead roadkill greeted me as soon as I opened my door (see pic) -- disgusting. Does no one have clean up duty at night? I'll monitor my gas more closely to avoid this station. read more

This is a wake up call to corporate. I frequent this particular gas station daily. I am tired of lack of staff in the form of one person working during premium hours. I frequent buying beer, the tags are wrong and not current. Let me out myself...my family has lived down the street for 24 years, you were a blessing. But!!! When you get so busy your standards suck because of lack of hiring practices I have to speak up. Please, figure out a way to hire sufficient staff so that management isn't out picking up trash. read more

Love that this place is finally here. The staff in the Am are great and friendly, the prices for everything including fuel beats out the AM/PM that's on the other side of Deer Springs. The only thing that I will stress to them is to keep the trash cans by the fuel pumps empty. Lately they have been over full and bees and wasps are flying around the trash bins. read more

WARNING: Gas prices are higher than the price on the pump says here, you will be ripped off, read on. This gas station has been terrible since day 1. After building the station they did not change the road right outside of the station at all. Literally zero dollars went to that when it is now desperately needed. Almost needs a 3 way stop if I'm being honest. They also did not add a turn lane to turn right up to Hidden Meadows which is now very much needed. Gas at this station costs as much as 8% more per gallon than the other one in Escondido near E Valley Pkwy. Tire air machine is always broken. Today I got 1 gallon of gas from here (regular) to put in a gallon sized gas canister. The price of gas on the pump was $5.03. I was charged $5.83 and the canister is not even completely full. They are going to be in a lot of trouble. Additionally the inside "store" area is awful. It is the only gas station I have seen with a long line all the time and 1 slow cashier. This station is always busy, terrible and overpriced, avoid it like the plague, you have been warned. read more

z I would leave -1000 stars if I could. The African-American lady in there is so rude and so nasty she should not work with people she sent me over to the self service machine and I put the bill in four times and kept telling her it said deposit rejected, but she kept telling me to put it back through and refused to help me at the register. There were five people behind me and I took about 20 minutes. Finally she let me bring up my stuff at the register gave me the wrong change. I told her give me a dirty look and said have a good day. It's ridiculous when there's nice people out there and you employee people. You should be ashamed of yourself. I'm going back to Arco now especially at night when she's working. Everybody else is nice when she's there alone she lets nobody use. The bathroom says it's out of water when it isn't because she doesn't wanna clean it up. How rude is that? read more

Currently, their gas prices are probably in the top 2% cheapest in the county. If you want craft beer, don't go to a gas station. Go here for cheap gas! I live in Hidden Meadows (2 miles away) and love the fact that I don't need to drive to Costco to save a few bucks. They've been open for two months. Give the manager and their staff some leniency while they're setting up shop. In my experiences in-store, their staff has been very friendly. That's very uncommon these days at convenience stores. 5 stars! I'll buy my favorite IPA at a store where that's their main focus and won't ding Circle-K stars for not having a small-time, Bay Area brewery in the rack. read more

So this is what they left for the night shift a ton a trash and no way to clean your wind shield no wind shield cleaner no thing in the bins but trash and I've notice the new tight shift workers are way more nicer and not acting like they hate there job... so hats off to them it makes me know when to come in there...there are still good staff during the day the thing is the turn around rate in these places I hope new managers can keep working out the kinks! I left my wallet with over 130.00 in cash and no identification in it on the counter. It would have been so easy for the employee(s) to take the cash, but instead they were so honest! I called about 40 minutes after I left and they said they found it and put it in a safe place. I was not able to return until Monday and they had the wallet with my cash. If i could do 0 stars i would. i went in to pay and the worker put the the wrong pump number and instead of changing it when i went inside and asked them to change it to the right number they went outside and told the person that was at the pump to wait and when they went back inside and took forever to change it the person had already left with $50 of gas, i requested a refund because of the EMPLOYEE MISTAKE but was offered a $12 refund and they said nothing else could be done. I'm going to tell everyone i know about this terrible experience at this gas station and the customer service is terrible. read more

OK so this is what happen I I came to the store because I was gonna buy just the pack of cigarettes and a couple beers because I just got off of work I was tired I had a long day I just wanted to go home I am about five minutes of a walk from the store and I came in and then associated me Megan she asked me for me I do and I was like why are you asking me for my do either Cashier knows me because I come here often because you guys are the closest gas station where I live from where I live right and she's like I still need to see your ID and I was like OK I don't have it I save a picture of it she's like no I need to see it and I'm like OK well whatever so I was like you know what fuck it I was going to leave so I left I went back because I was like you know what I'm just gonna go back maybe she has left or whatever and I could talk to the other guy that usually takes care of me and she was still there and I was like you doing like she looked very familiar and I was like hey did you go to San Marcos high school because I'm actually from down here and I've been here for a while so she's like yeah and I'm like you know I graduated with your class really like you know like I went to school with you I am as old as you which is 35 you know going on 36 and I was like you know like we graduated the same year but I she's like oh you look very familiar and I was like yeah and you know but she still wanted to call me and I had my ID and everything but then she's like oh you're having an attitude with me I'm not I refuse to sell these beers to you and I just got really frustrated I got really pissed don't ever go here you guys and if you ever have Megan take care of you she really is not gonna take care of you so please don't go here I don't know why it's just been a couple times that I've been there and I thought it was cool like I should go to the ampm but just because they just made the Circle K and I was like OK maybe it's closer maybe it's better whatever but now it's not just go to the ampm Lampion guys always take care of me and there are always awesome you know why and I won't change the ampm for the Circle K fuck Circle K read more
