We ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. The attendant was friendly and told us to pull up to the stop sign to wait for fresh food. The Steak Biscuit and Bo-Tato Rounds came out hot. I liked the biscuit, but the steak was too thin and got lost. My wife said, "It kind of tastes like Grandy's, but Grandy's was better," it has to have been 40 years since she's eaten there. I made it clear that I had no problem paying the charge--I was only asking when the policy changed. The issue wasn't the cost; it was the way I was treated. As a longtime customer, I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with the customers and friends I've referred there over the years. The chicken was thick and juicy, the bun was soft, and the lettuce, tomato, and pickles were fresh. Everything tasted like it was made to order. The sweet tea was on point too!
