It turned out to be the wrong type and I ended up doing my oil change. There was no need for this quart of oil. Today, I walked in looking for the manager, but the owner (George) happened to be in. I explained to him my situation and he was very happy to give me a refund or an exchange to my desire. I cannot tell you how far customer service goes in my book. When I get good customer service, it keeps me returning back to your business. Thank you, George, for being so kind and understanding. And thank you for always hiring kind cashiers. I love getting a late night coffee and one of my favorite parts is covering it and whip cream. While I preparing my coffee at the coffee station, I noticed that the whip cream was out. I wasn't going to make any mention of it, but the cashier noticed probably how disappointed I looked that they whipped cream was out and quickly came over and let me know he would replace it right away. I've had so many times when I had to swap tires or something and he's just on it, always super friendly and always finding the best option. Anyway I go in there and tell him hey the check light is on can you tell me what's going on, so he pulls out his little computer, plugs it into the port, and 3 1/2 seconds later he says "there aren't any codes on, it was just a temporary thing everything's fine."
