Straight up trash I needed gas late at night and all though it says open on the website the person in charge said it was closed Do not lie on your availability, if youre closed then mark on here that youre closed read more

Jacqueline wouldn't let me use the restroom until I made a purchase had to make it before hand was in the middle of a conversation the entire time with one of her coworkers and with other customers coming in. As I was purchasing my Chapstick, a lady came in to use the restroom. They did not make her make a purchase beforehand. She happened to also be Hispanic so maybe it's a race thing and when I asked, you're not gonna require her to make a purchase, they just kept don't worry she'll make the purchase. . So she had to wait for me to get done with the bathroom had plenty of time to make a purchase, but was not required to . Not only were they not kind enough to open up their restroom, but they are racially profiling . Not good people read more

AN INCIDENT OF ATTEMPTED ELDER ABUSE, BULLYING, COVERED UP WITH DENIAL. I was told by a man at this Chevron that I would have to agree to give a $30 tip for his workers on a $200 interior detailing. The cashier told me that didn't sound right, that most people left 10% and it was always their choice how much to tip. When o told the man what the cashier said, he said, alright, make it $20. Then the manager was notified and the man said, "It's her choice , I didn't say how much to tip." So, I got targeted, probably because I'm 72 and was with my autistic son. The man was rude to my son, roughly telling him to get out of the car. The man told how much to tip and then the man played innocent when confronted by the manager. No one apologized, I left a $10 tip because the other workers shouldn't be stiffed because of that man. All in all it was a very depressing experience. *********************** UPDATE: Chevron's response and my response: On Feb 18, 2025, at 11:36AM, Consumer Connection Center: Dear Marshall, Thank you for your patience while the relevant retailer or marketer reviewed the information you provided for this independently operated station. Here is their response: It appears there has been a misunderstanding. Our intention is not to exploit customers, as we value repeat business. The manager clarified that tipping is optional. Typically, there is an additional charge for incidents involving vomit. Please be assured that we do not impose charges for tips We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to serve you again. Sincerely, xxxxxx xxxxx Consumer Connection Center Specialist Chevron Products Company, a division of Chevron U.S.A Inc. Dear xxxxxx / Chevron Customer Center: There was absolutely no misunderstanding. The man lied to the manager. The man told me several times I had to agree to give a $30 tip or he wouldn't clean the car. He used a gruff tone of voice. He asked where the weather tech mat was that I said the vomit landed on. Most of the vomit landed on the weather tech mat. I told him it was at home, that I had cleaned it myself. I just wanted the carpet shampooed. He did not have to clean any vomit because I had already done that. (With disinfectant). He absolutely made clear so that I understood he must be paid $30. Then he lowered it to $20 when I told him the cashier said this was not normal, that customers get to decide. Then he lied to the manager and repeated what I told him the cashier said: "That customers get to decide what tip they give". The dishonesty is the second problem. You calling it a misunderstanding is a third insult. I did not misunderstand. I think that he figured a 72 year old single mom was the perfect mark that he could intimidate. He was intimidating. He made very sure I understood him by repeating himself. He also scared my disabled son by gruffly telling him to get out of the car. You are defending a very dishonest mean, greedy person. One day you might find out that he will cheat you like he tried to cheat us. I would gladly take a lie detector test regarding this incident. I should have called the police instead of complaining to the on site manager. It is my understanding that if a car is exceptionally dirty, and ours was not, that any extra charge would come from the upfront quote for the job itself, not in a secret on the side demand for a larger than normal tip. I will add my answer to update my Yelp review so people can see how this kind of thing gets swept under the rug and called a misunderstanding when it was actually a bully attempting to rip off an elderly lady and her autistic son. What kind of person tries to scare senior citizens and autistic people to get a bigger tip? I told the cashier I don't think the man would talk that way to a young rich executive. It was sad and hurtful and I was afraid when I reported it because the man was so mean I feared he might take revenge. Here is a photo of the weather tech mat that I cleaned myself. My son threw up Chick Fil A nuggets that he drank too much soda with. I told the man I cleaned it myself and left it at home so it wouldn't be in the way. I wanted the carpet shampooed. The man specifically asked me where the mat was because I told him the vomit landed on the mat. The mat was at home. I cleaned it. This was a case of elder abuse and bullying and then lying when caught. read more

Great selection of drinks for self-serve. Coffee station is pretty great, so many add-ons. My main concern is the woman working in the morning. She's friendly, but maybe a little too friendly. Oftentimes she's busy flirting with men who are on their way to work, stopping for snacks and coffee. If she can just help out customers instead of flirting, it would be helpful. read more

I've been coming to this gas station for many years now. I recommend this gas station because if the employees in the mini mart are kind and professional. Every Saturday night before my shift I get my chicken sandwich and energy drinks before my shift at Stag Bar. Felix is the MAN and super cool and truly cares for the customer. read more

So this is mainly for the Extra Mile Convenience Store part of the gas station. I frequent the store a lot, because I'm always over on that side of town and, I'm always thirsty, or in need of a snack. They have a ton of options- more than most gas stations. They have a coffee station, soda machine, icee machine, even a f'real milkshake machine. Those are pretty fun to use- they mix the milkshake for you right there. TONS of snacks too- donuts, chips, cookies, bagels, snack trays, etc. They also have an app for rewards, which I am all about. read more

This is the only Gas Station I'd run into in California that won't provide air for your tires without paying for it. I know California Law only require free air WITH gas or diesel fuel purchase, but I hadn't run into any station that would not provide free air without gas, until this store. The employees also have a big sign stating "AIr with Fuel Purchase Only" that they have ready to show customers who ask for air only without gas purchase, which they appear to utilize it frequently to refuse free air to those that ask. They do have a well stocked and clean convenience store, so that's the only plus. Their gas prices are generally high compared to other stations nearby, and I haven't seen their car wash being very busy at all. read more

Glad to stumble after filling up gas here. I needed a car detail so badly and it's been so long. The total cost was $275 is worth every penny, my car looks brand new inside and out after 3 hours of work. Thank you Pedro. read more

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE !!!!!! I rode over there on my bicycle trying to get air to pump my tires like I do every other week... I walked inside and asked Jackie nicely to turn it on and she immediately pointed to a sign basically saying I need to pay for air.... PAY FOR AIR.. lol Then she told me she would for this time so I walked outside and waited for 10-15 mins.... Walked back inside for her to be rude af and say "oh it didn't turn on, looks like you have to pay" Jackie sucksss read more

Love this gas station. Ever since they remodeled the whole thing, it looks brand new. Inside is nice and clean, this is one of the few gas station where they have a lounge inside so people can wait and chill when for their car is being cleaned. read more

I was totally bummed. I wanted to treat myself to a car wash thinking it would be better than I do myself and some nice products. I paid $35 for the platinum, the outside looked great, but it was like they hardly touched the inside. I was so bummed. I plan on going back next week on my day off to ask them to clean the inside. We'll see if they are willing to clean the inside after I show the pictures. Just bummed, I feel like I got only the outside washed, when it's supposed to be inside and out. Even tipped $5, so for $40 just thought I was getting more than just the outside cleaned. read more

Chevron stations have always been my choice of station however, this location has Great Service, Awesome Car wash, and Good selection! My wife got her car washed 1st and since then got me coming, and a couple family members. I brought my truck in that hadn't been washed in a couple months. They detailed it and made it look new. read more

Soooo bummed about this car wash. I was taken back when I saw the car after paying $130 (detail without carpets shampooed). My car isn't even 3 years old so it's not like they were working on some crazy dirty car. I gave them 2 stars because there were parts of the car that looked nice but will never take my car here again. Will drive an extra minute for the car wash further down the street. read more

This place would get zero stars if that was an option. The lady at the register (Octavia?) takes her sweet time on the register. There's always a line even though there's more than one cash register. Management needs to work on training their staff better to be more efficient. I came in letting Octavia(?) know I wanted to put $40 into one of the pumps (2), paid her, turned around, then quickly realized I told her the wrong pump number (supposed to be 6). so I turned around to let her know. She doesn't understand English, so the so called "Manager", who was tied up with another customer, wasn't able to come to the cash register to assist and solve the issue. Some other customer pulls up to the station and starts pumping gas from 2. This mistake is common at gas stations, and could have been easily fixed if their staff was trained and able to respond quickly in the first place. The manager offered to pay out of his pocket $10. Nice gesture, but no. Train your staff better please. And have an actual solution and be quicker in response when these things happen. Can't even imagine what would happen if their staff were to face an emergency situation. ‍ read more

My main concern with my car was how much dog hair I had in. It. I wasn't sure if anyone could get it out. I just picked up my car and it is amazing. I had a full detail there isn't any hair in the car and my car is a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and it looks like a new car. I have to pick up friends at the airport and now I'm not embarrassed. I highly recommend getting a detail inside and outside there. read more

Got the gold wash and it was just like a detail. I'll be driving up from Dana Point next time...absolutely worth the money and the drive. read more

Incompetent woman working here on 6/10 at 4:45 am. Claiming they're closed but apparently doesn't know how to turn off orders from Doordash. 3 items that are sitting right inside but "they're closed". Already paid so now it's a headache for me to deal with when it could be so simple. Other people are ordering and not getting their order while dashers are coming here wasting their time because you can't figure out how to do your job. read more

On December 9th at 4: 56 pm I paid $86 in gas and then was charged a$1 AGAINST THE LAW to fill my tires. I even told the female clerk it's aghast the law and she still charged me. Then the air shut off early and I only got 3 tires filled up. So thankful there was a shell station close by. Plus this same clerk carried on small talk conversations with ever person coming to the register oblivious that there were 5 people in line. The worst. read more
