I came in to buy a slushy and used my phone number for my discount. I realized there was an issue and politely asked the cashier, Kia, if she could cancel the transaction and ring it up again. Instead of being helpful, she came across as rude and had an attitude, making me feel like I was being blamed for the mistake. the circle k NEEDS better staffing- one person cannot run the whole station! Came in today to purchase lotto tickets and my card wasn't reading and I didn't have cash- apologized for the holding up the line and asked to just buy the other two items I had and this guy said "well do you have cash???" I said "no I'm just gonna purchase the other two items since you canceled the lotto tickets" he said "BUT YOUR CARD ISNT WORKING" I said "IM NOT GETTING THE LOTTO TICKETS IF YOU WERE LISTENING" - like damn I know it's frustrating and I already apologized but you don't have to be a massive bag of dicks! Older lady probably 50-65years old. She states "I am too new to do a lottery so we aren't doing it today" why is she left by herself if she's too new. I have also submitted a complaint to the lottery enforcement division. This is supposed to be an official lottery retailer and the machine is working. She also said "it's very complicated. So we aren't doing any lottery today" so it sounds like she was trained but just doesn't want to do it. How do I file a complaint about a Lottery retailer? We all know why we go to those gas station car washes; we don't have time to go to a real car wash, amirite? Thursday was no exception. I had to meet a client. My truck was not that dirty, but I wanted to freshen it up to make a good impression. Of course, I did not have a lot of time. So, I had the displeasure of using the Circle K car wash. I should have read the previous reviews first but, like I said, there wasn't much time. There was nobody in line. I got the regular car wash. The special was an ultimate car wash for half price. I took it. As I drove in, cars started pulling in behind me. Half way through the wash, the car wash stopped and shut off completely. Now, my truck is covered in blue, green, and purple soap. I wait for a minute, but nobody comes out. I try to call, but there is no phone reception. I pull out of the wash, and run into the Circle K. I assumed that they would want to accommodate me, seeing that my car was full of soap. I explained to the girl (Lori) that I could back in to the car wash, or she could have the other's drive through, so I could finish my wash. She looked confused and she went up to the machine to reset the car wash. By now there were 5 cars in line. To my amazement, Lori let the next car go into the wash. I went up to Lori and asked her why she let someone go ahead of me when my car was clearly half washed with multi-colored soap drying on the paint. Her response was, "well, he paid." I was like, wait a second. I just explained to her that it was my turn, I had obviously paid first, and I offered her a simple solution. I said that I needed my car finished and that the other cars could drive through the car wash, and they could get back in line behind me. I wasn't exactly explaining nuclear fusion. Again, I was astonished by her obtuse response. She said, "it doesn't work like that." So, I was going to have to wait 30 minutes or so for the 5 cars to get their wash first. Is that how it works? Rather than argue with someone that had no concept of customer service, or common sense, I decided to get a refund. I had to rush to meet a client in my blue, green, and purple clown car. Can you imagine? The girl at the counter was pleasant, but I wasn't offered a free wash or anything to make the situation any better. After all, my truck looked much worse than it did before I pulled into Circle K. To my utter embarrassment, my client laughingly commented on my multi-colored truck. I finally took it to a real car wash across town, which was a monumental waste of my time. Next time I visit a car wash, I will read the reviews first! read more

I feel weird giving a gas station 5 stars, but this place is great. The pizza here is fantastic! The happy hour whole pizza special is really good. My kids love coming here for pizza after school. The fountain drinks are cheap, and they have a great selection. The employees name also really nice. Maybe their car wash sucks, but I don't use it. For gas and snacks, this place is awesome. read more

When I walked into the store the clerks were blasting Hispanic Music so loud that I almost walked out! After I placed my coffee on the counter, I asked the clerk if she would lower the music. She glared at me and said " you don't like mexican music!!!!" as if she was personally insulted. Then she took my coffee from me and refused to serve me! Before leaving I spoke to the clerk in tagalog (a commonly used language in the Philipine Isands) and told her "how does it feel hear someone speaking a language and you don't know what they are saying! " She sneered at me as I walked out. I sent a review to Circle K corp., but did not receive a reply. I also called the store but the clerk would not let me speak to the manager. I'm not going back there again and you shouldn't either. I know they don't care. read more

This place is great. I don't know why it only has bad reviews. The employees here are awesome (most of the time), they have the cheapest beer of anywhere I know, with a nice little walk-in beer cooler, and 89¢ any size sodas for those who don't imbibe. read more

I have lived in ch forever, since before this shopping center existed. This dummy LAURIE just carded me. I wouldn't be so bothered if she carded the lady after me but of course she didn't. She said because she's a regular. I told her I was but she didn't recognize me. That's why you card everybody or don't card at all! I am over 40. Don't hire trash with no customer service! read more

They never leave their car wash option at the pumps on so that if you want a car wash you have to pay separately inside. This is really annoying if you are in a hurry! I have spoken to staff including the manager to no avail. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. read more
