The staff were very friendly, and despite the restaurant being busy, the service was efficient and the wait for food was minimal. The only downside was the dining area bathrooms, which could have been cleaner. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's something the restaurant could improve for guests eating inside. Overall, I'd give Cook Out a 4/5. It's a classic "you get what you pay for" fast food restaurant with good value, quick service, and consistently satisfying food.
