    Customer Complaint:…read more I visted this location on 4-1-24 while on vacation. I received the worst service from the Cashier Megan. She incorrect cash out scratch off tickets and didnt look at the totals before clearing her screen. She sent us to another store knowing that the would not be able to redeem the tickets. Upon returning to explain to Megan that the other store was not able to cash out my ticket cause that had already been cashed out. I asked for a manager. She informed me that she was the only person working. I asked if she could call her manager on the phone. She began yelling at me because i requested a manager. She then made the call to the manager who then told her to give me $10 for my inconvenience. I dis let me Megan know that she had no right to yell at me for a mistake thats she made. This situation could have been handle with out yelling at the customer at no point in time did i yell at her. Fortunately there was another customer in the store that told me a I could redeem my tickets by mailing them in. The is the worst experience I had in Southport. This employee needs to receive some kind of corrective action and be retrained on how to Inactive with customers with problems arise.
