I asked what kind of veggies they have, she said "just about everything". I asked for red peppers, then she proceeded to name the about 5 different veggies they actually had (lettuce, onion, banana peppers, and some other standards). I asked if they have provolone cheese, she said no, just cheddar, american and swiss. I opted for swiss, and as she was putting it on, I verified that it was swiss, since it looked like american and had no holes. She said it was a swiss-american blend. I paid about 5.50 for a decent sized sandwich on a roll and potato wedges. Pretty great deal! The bread was actually marginally better than some other rolls I've had in Wilmington.
