We went through the drive-through, and it went really quickly-Despite the amount of cars that was in the drive-through. It kind of reminded me of an old timey diner... similar to In-N-Out, burger... As far as style. They have a very small menu of burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes. However, this place is nothing like In-N-Out. I'm not a fan of In-N-Out.(sorry) P. Terry's much faster and I felt like we were only in line for maybe eight minutes. The Service was very friendly and helpful with questions that we had... Since we've never been there before. The burgers were fantastic. Much better quality than any fast food restaurant. The burgers were thick , juicy, and flavorful. The buns were very soft and tasted more fresh than typical fast food, restaurants buns. They also make their own sauce, which was actually good... I usually don't like "special sauces". My daughter also got a Carmel shake, which actually tasted really good as well. We look forward to having this again on our next road trip.

We start most meals with them because not ordering them would simply be poor decision making at this point. I usually get the chicken tender basket and LISTEN -- these aren't sad little freezer tenders pretending to be a meal. These tenders are literally as big as my hand. Juicy, tender, flavorful, cooked perfectly every time. My adult kids are obsessed with the seafood platter: three pieces of fried catfish and three jumbo fried shrimp with fries, pinto beans, slaw, hushpuppies, and homemade tartar or cocktail sauce. And when I say the catfish tastes CLEAN, my fellow seafood people will understand exactly what I mean. No muddy taste, no weirdness -- just fresh, crispy, perfectly fried fish done right. And the portions? Paw-Paw did NOT come to play. Nobody is leaving hungry unless that was a personal choice. What I love most, though, is the feeling of the place. The small-town care. Instead, a different employee later came to the window and asked what I had ordered as if no record or communication existed at all. At that point, I asked for a refund. What followed was a frustrating and unnecessary ordeal. The so-called manager came to the window and began explaining how long a sandwich takes to make despite the fact that I did not order a sandwich. The manager clearly did not understand the situation, continued wasting my time, and failed to listen after I had already made it clear that I just wanted a refund since my order was never made. Even processing the refund became a struggle. This is not an isolated incident. On several prior visits, they've been under-supplied, out of basic items, or dealing with non-functioning machines issues that are frankly unacceptable for a business that calls itself a coffee shop. The lack of organization and accountability is astounding. One of our clients regularly purchased gift cards from Coffee Dog for us, but after this experience, I will be telling him not to return. Mr. Hodges, save your money this place is no longer worth it. It's incredibly sad to see how far this business has fallen. I supported Coffee Dog for the longest time, but I am officially done.
