And after I took the picture, she came racing up to the side of my truck and as I rolled like to corroll my window up. She slammed her hand against it with her hand and I knew she had a ring on because it hit a Ching sound. So My advice is don't go to this gas station and if you see this person smoking a cigarette. Please tell somebody because evidently she thought she was above the law and then thinks she wasn't doing anything wrong. Cause typically a lot of people throw not just trash but products with gasoline or diesel or some petroleum product that can easily catch fire. And in fact, you see signs everywhere when you get out to pump gas, turn your cell phones off, cause static electricity and no smoking, but this person was an employee that's what shocked me. Did not care about my safety. Her safety or the people there. And then just the fact that I was telling her not to do something when she should have already not been doing anyway, so it was an interesting event, Athens Tn Murphy.

A road trip stop somehow turns into a shopping expedition. We stopped at the Crossville location on our way to Nashville and accomplished the essentials: Glazed pecans. Barbecue. A case of water. Road snacks we probably didn't need but somehow couldn't live without. Mission accomplished. Now, compared to some of the giant Buc-ee's locations, this one feels a little smaller. It's still enormous by normal gas station standards, but in the Buc-ee's universe, it's more of a midsize SUV than a monster truck. One disappointment was that the fried chicken and burritos weren't being served during our visit. That's like showing up to a baseball game and finding out the home team has the day off. Still, it's hard to be too critical. The store was clean. The selection was huge. The bathrooms were spotless, as expected. And somehow I walked in for gas and left with enough snacks to survive a minor natural disaster. That's the Buc-ee's experience. Four stars. So if you have a real sensitive allergy with smoke or smells of smoke use caution coming in here. Otherwise lots of grassy space to walk your furbabies and room to maneuver around. So if you have a camper, it's good to bring it in here. They have diesel pumps on the far end as your coming in.

It's because everybody in the shop was not wearing face masks. Not a care in the world wether they spread their lung droplets all over the enclosed area. This place is disgusting.
