Told us to get the basic wash but they would take care of us. He had two younger men working with him and he was showing them what to do and asked questions as to what they thought. Well they scrubbed our car before we even got in the wash part. And the sap was already being removed. These 3 went so far and above what they needed to do. Employees have been polite and friendly and wait times haven't been too bad. The interior and exterior took about 30 minutes. They have a nice inside wait area and rocking chairs if you want to wait outside. My only complaints are it's a little difficult to get into the place because of the way it's situated and the fact that you're not really sure what to do when you pull in there (not very good signage). They always seem to be busy, though, when I am there. This also seems about the only (working) place to get a car wash in the area- everywhere else I've been to is either do-it-yourself or broken. :(
