Very upset ,my husband spends probably 70-$100.00 a week here,there's a restaurant inside. He frequently gets me something to at here. I called after I was upset about receiving a cold hard cheeseburger without any cheese, that smelled like a cigarette, I called told them what was wrong, then Pam" came on the phone, after explaining the second time, all she did was tell me after explaing again..that previous times it's never been like this. Her resolve was to tell me that her cheeseburgers are cold from there when she takes them home and she only lives 10 mins from store then she hung up on me. I called back asked her for the owners name/ number was told then she was the manager " ,I said I don't want to talk to you. She was condensending,unhelpful and rude.unless. Never Again. I found the owners via property records. They will be receiving a certified letter. I feel sorry for the owners because she's at the helm running their business into the ground. read more
