So we had traveled from home without any problems or issues with our truck! 2008 Toyota Tundra. We go to Knoxville to the Tennessee,Alabama game and we watched the Volunteers win the game! Next day we go check out the fall foliage up and back on Cherohala parkway! On the way back to the Cozy Mountain cabin a warning comes on and the truck was over heating! I opened the hood of the truck to discover that the radiator had a split in the upper tank and coolant was spewing out! We were quite a few miles from the cabin! We luckily we had a cooler that had water and ice in it. Poured the water via a yeti cup into the radiator. Well that got us a few miles down the road! But it ran out of water so again lucky we pulled over next to the Tellico lack and filled the busted radiator with lake water here again it got us on down the road! But again it the water steamed out . We are now stopped church parking lot but we were out of water! Blessed as we were we found an open Spicket on the church in which we filled up our cooler and poured it in the radiator! This was divine intervention! As we were able to get the truck all the way back to the cabin! So we call to shops in Vonore One said the he was booked till Monday! So last call was to Chad at Vic's I had purchased the radiator and coolant ! Chad gave us a great price on the radiator replacement! He and Chris had us back on the road before 12:00 pm! We were so impressed by Chad and Chris with courtesy and speedy service never seen nothing like it my life and I've been in the automotive industry for a long time! Thanks Chad and Chris! I went to report this to the store clerk, who seemed clueless as to what to do. When I made a demand that he attend to cleaning it up, he went to the back to fetch someone. About a half hour later, I dropped by again to see if indeed it had been cleaned up. It had not cleaned up and when I asked if they could at least put some cat litter on the spill to absorb the gas, he said he didn't have any and next time he went to the bank, he'd pick some up. He was obviously more interested in talking to his hunting buddies than attending to the problem at hand. I will never go into this gas station again!!

I thought really, but then I was enticed to go in because of a fake cow under the price sign. I guess the question is why did that get me in the store lol. When I walked in I was impressed of the size, not Bucee big but much larger than it looks out side. It resembled the size of a Wawa. It was more organized than a Wawa. It has the massive fountain and slurrpee machine most new gas rations now have and the variety of snack were plentiful. The aisles were nice and wide. They had a massive walk-in beer cooler ( which they call the beer barn), but also a 8 foot craft beer cooler case. I never saw so many kinds of craft beer available at a gas station. The store was very clean and the bathrooms were modern, clean and spacious. They also have a restaurant Calloways in the gas station. I will review this separately, but it had ample seating and help at the counter. The best was the Gas was as cheap as Costco. I don't know if that will be always, but it was the day I went. I definitely will be going back to eat and get gas with great prices like that.
