We called Clem's since it was the only place in Sweetwater, TN that we could find that did oil changes. At first they said that they were totally booked and couldn't squeeze us in. When we explained our circumstances and asked if they could suggest someplace nearby that could change our oil, they just told us to bring it in and they would make it work! We drove straight there and they worked us in immediately. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were out of there in about 20 minutes. Great people, great service!!

I made a HUGE mistake buying a 2026 Trax from them. They only gave me $4,000 for my trade in and then I saw it on line for $10,000 + all the crooked fees I'm sure they added to it. I also made a stupid mistake of paying $5,000 down. If I hadn't done that, I would have taken the car back and left it at their door, but I couldn't afford to throw away $5,000. Scott flew through the paperwork and didn't explain or discuss the $3,500 he added in extra charges. They saw an elderly 82 yr. old woman and took advantage of me big time! I'm barely 5' tall and it was when I was driving the car home that I discovered the car was WAY too big for me to drive. I couldn't even see over the huge hood or if I was in my lane or not. Then when I finally made it home, I couldn't even get out of the car as my feet lacked 10" reaching the ground. So I have to jump out on a deformed and painful hip! I'm too scared to drive the car because it takes up an entire lane and I can't see the sides of the road over the huge hood. So it just sits in the carport and I have to pay Ethra to take me to my doctors. Bottom line is...this car is totally unacceptable! I started telling these issues to the salesman and that I needed to return it. All he said was that he didn't know anything that could be done. So why did they have on their web site "OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN EXCELLENT PURCHASE AND OWNERSHIP EXPERIENCE"! When I told them that was just a big LIE, then their web site was changed and that motto is no longer on there! I wrote the owner of the dealership, Charles West, a 2 page certified letter explaining my age and physical handicaps that inhibit me from driving the car. I begged him for help and he didn't even have the decency to respond to my letter! I told my story to GM Financial and GM Customer Care and nobody would help me! So the paper floor mat in my car that says "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 GOAL" is another big fat LIE!!! Other reviewers mentioned that they won't return calls or e-mails and that's true too. I have sent Scott numerous e-mails asking that he cancel the OPTIONAL charges he added to my invoice and he just ignores them! He said he would have to get permission to see if it could be removed. I worked for the government for 25 years and I know laws. My husband was USAF and my son USMC. They served to insure we have rights in the USA. I have never seen a law that states we have to purchase a theft deterrent on a vehicle. I also know to read every line on a purchase. I don't go in and just sign papers. I make my deals with an out the door price. I don't let them start adding stuff to my price. I suggest that the dealership should have someone knowledgeable about THE vehicle being looked at to show it. I want real answers. I know vehicle mechanically. I don't let pretty get involved. I want mechanically sound vehicle with service records. I don't need free oil changes from them. I take my vehicles to the vehicle's dealership for services. They are trained for the vehicle. What I didn't tell them was that I drive a Maserati every day and have for a few years. I didn't tell them I use to be under an 18-wheeler every Saturday as my husband's mechanic helper. I got the feeling I was not the right customer for them. I had too many questions. I wasn't just going to sign papers without questions. That theft deterrent is not getting my cash. I don't care to walk out. The best place in Knoxville is Mini of Knoxville. I suggest if you are looking and want honest salesman, go to Mini. They want to sale vehicles and treat customers great. Never buy a vehicle without research of vehicle and financing. Always tell THEM your out the door price. No add ons to my price. First make sure to go to the store manager and ask for a knowledgeable salesperson for the vehicle you are looking at. I feel like the salesman I had didn't care at all about my concerns. He was the sign here type. I wasted my time. You do NOT have to purchase theft deterrent. I have seen other dealers list it for 299. It has now been in their possession for **two weeks**, and instead of receiving a clear diagnosis, I have been told that parts have been removed while they continue trying to figure out what is wrong. What makes this especially frustrating is that they are now attempting to replace parts that were already replaced within the past month. I have explained this to the service writer, Tim, and service manager, Ricky, at least **five separate times**, but it feels like no one is listening or taking the time to review the repair history before recommending more work. There has been a serious lack of communication, urgency, care, and concern throughout this process. After multiple visits for the same unresolved issue, I expected a thorough diagnosis, accountability, and a real effort to fix the Jeep correctly--not repeated parts replacement, guesswork, and having my vehicle tied up for weeks. I have tried to be patient and give Harper Jeep every opportunity to make this right, but at this point I have lost confidence in their service department. Sorry to inform you Monroe Tire, the work your mechanic performed on my eclipse wasn't done…read morecorrectly. Everyone, I paid Monroe Tire for a motor mount and valve cover gasket. Soon afterwards there was issues. Took my vehicle to Midas a month later due to a significant amount of engine oil sitting on top of the motor and engine movement. They verified the work wasn't done correctly. When I called Monroe tire about the issue, the manager declared Midas was wrong. Took my car back to Monroe Tire for them to address the issues. They drove the vehicle decided all motor mounts were bad and thought best to replace all mounts. Paid for replacement of all 4 mounts, manager said he warrantied out a couple mounts still charged well over $500. Also, assured me the valve cover gasket was installed correctly. He said to resolve the issue with the oil he made an adjustment to the oil cap. The bandaid he applied didn't work. Left the shop and had drove no more than a mile and noticed the oil hand on my dash wasn't working. I've never had any issue with the hands on my dash before. Immediately turned around and went back to Monroe Tire for them to fix whatever they did wrong. The manager's attitude was on the lines of maybe I was lying. Not long afterwards felt some engine movement. Decided when it comes to repairing a vehicle, the guys at Monroe Tire have no clue what they're doing. Finally, I had to go to a reputable shop to have those issues resolved. And accept the huge sum of money I lost dealing with Monroe Tire. Just to let you guys know I'm very pleased with the shop that resolved both my issues. The valve cover gasket and mounts have been installed correctly. My engine no longer is covered in oil and no more movement.
