Been charging 2 cards for a year for one membership. This got all messed up about a yr ago because…read morethey had someone elses car attached to my membership & I have no idea whos membership I was paying for so they were supposed to cancel that credit card on file & I gave them a different card to take MY membership out of. Finally in January after a year they did stop charging the card that was attached to someone elses car & should have been taken out of there system a year ago. They were charging the new card for my membership that was active a week ago & today when I went to wash my car I was told my membership had been terminated. I have no idea why. They do both exterior and interior (at an added cost) cleaning. They also have free vacuum stations with included re-used microfiber towels, combo interior/exterior detail spray, air hose to top off your tire pressure, free windshield washer fluid, and a 'tornado' style air gun to help loosen carpet dust while you vacuum. I would be careful about using the laundered - but re-used microfibers on your car paint since I've seen others use them to clean their wheels! All that brake dust and road debris would definitely not all washed out in a washer after use - and would not be good for your paint. I'm sure though that people go through the automated wash for convenience and not to keep their car 100% scratch free anyways. The towels are definitely cycled through a lot, because the 'fresh' ones that are brought out to refill the detailing station are all still slightly damp.
