On May 14, 2014 my husband drove by and noticed that a Circle K was coming soon to the corner of Webster & Buena Vista. The site used to be the Union 76 gas station. We didn't know when the gas station was going to open until we saw the fences were down yesterday, which meant the place will be opened immediately. Earlier this afternoon, I took a walk to this gas station to check it out. Today was their grand opening. Not everything is set up yet. All the equipment is brand spanking new. No coffee or slurpee being served yet. There's plenty of snacks, chips, candy, food items, etc. on shelves; beverages in refrigerated units, grill for those grilled snacks, nacho chips. There are two entrances - one from the street side and it's wheelchair accessible and the double door entrance from the gasoline pumps. They have a 24 hour ATM and auto supplies. It's a soft opening. One can still purchase gasoline, which is a tad pricey ($4.19 a gallon for regular gas, $4.29 a gallon for plus gasoline and $4.39 a gallon for premium gasoline). Purchase: Cheesy Pepper Jack tornados...2 for $2.50 (Total $2.59 with tax). They were A-OK (3 stars); nothing to write home about. I like their convenience store better than the Arco AM/PM across town, but the gas price here is slightly higher than Arco. The gas aisles here are wide and spacious, easy access to and from both entrances (Webster Street and Buena Vista Avenue). The owner was cordial, friendly and helpful. He was also training an employee to make sure to greet and acknowledge each customer, help them out and always say thank you to them. read more

Discriminates against African American women, i.e...when requesting air for tire inflation, was told that air is on yet not true. When asked a second time to turn on FREE air pump, made to feel annoyed by request. After the air is still not working, decided to attempt to pay at the air station and magically the air is on and working. Soon after the air is on, the attendant comes out and wants to offer some assistance. Yet states that there is FREE AIR across the street that would be better to use. After filling the tire across the street, I came back to the store, I noticed, STILL, no sign stating out of order! I went inside to converse with the attendant, to bring attention to this issue that I have experienced once before on a separate occasion. I was immediately met with aggression and accusations of wanting to create a problem instead of hearing me out to make the experience better for the next person or the next time I would have come back. I can't believe I am rating a gas station, but truly this place has it all. They have the best selection of everything which reminds me of a New York style bodega. Staff here are very sweet and smiley. The gas prices are gas prices so I don't have anything to say about that. Only complaint are the sometimes shady characters around there but that is out of the businesses control. read more

Krispy crunch chicken says its available but walk in they only sell old biscuits a d no chicken. Also they do not even make batches during the day or if you come in. Take the sign down you don't sell it like any other spot I've been too straight up joke, get your shit together, if you got signs you sell something actually have it available. Boba at a gas station??? But of course I had to go check it out. came here with my sisters and we all got different boba. their large size is super large for $3!!!! and it was actually good. I got the wintermelon milk tea with no toppings. it was pretty sweet, so i just let the ice water it down and after a good hour it was good to drink. They drink lasted me my whole shift at work. I often go by on my way to West Marine just down the block on Buena Vista and stop in for treats or a quick bite. Long ago I lived around the corner from this location but now as a San Franciscan I could only hope for such a great quick food store... This store is a Disneyland for the fast food and treat addict - they have every conceivable treat you could ever want along with excellent customer service and clearly posted prices. There are no equal stores in San Francisco to this great place - this store has a much bigger variety of stuff than any convenience store in SF. San Francisco County lets store operators get away with NOT having prices on items (as required by law) so the SF stores can stick it to you and charge what they want. It is refreshing to see a store with the prices clearly marked and which gives you a receipt when you check out... Frankly this is as good as it gets for a fast food and treat paradise... read more

Wow, who knew this awesome place was here? They sell sushi! Park Street and Webster Street are lined with trashy liquor stores. It's about time nice, bright, modern Mini Mart Moves In. Gasoline here is way overpriced, drive down to Park Street for your gas. But if you need a convenience store I recommend coming in from Oakland to visit this Circle K. read more

Some of their drinks are expired. My boyfriend stopped here yesterday to get a vita coco latte and was pissed after drinking a sip and caught an odd flavor and realized it was expired. I went in today to let them know that the remaining drinks were still expired and they were pretty courteous. Their prices are fair. read more

I really like the coffee bar here all types of flavors and different creamers. They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks and 2 for $3 Rockstar deal that's getting harder to find nowadays. They have a frequent buyers program that I take advantage of too for soda and coffee. The soda is a better deal because the sodas are $.89 but the coffee is almost $2 so not so much because McDonald's has $1 coffee that's just as good but without the options of flavors. I need to come here in the day when sushi and other things are available but this is definitely my go to place at work. read more

Every time I come in to Circle K to try and use my rewards I'm always turned away told that the system is down they can't do it or they just look at me like I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. And to be completely honest I'm really getting tired of wasting all my free Rewards. This is the most amazing convenience store I've ever seen. Everything is brand new and they must sell every possible item that can be sold in a convenience store. My car drinks from top tier only. This 76 is right best to a chevron and Both chevron and 76 are top tier and 76 is usually cheaper. Can't complain. When there're busy and you have a large car, it might be difficult to maneuver since the lot is small compared to chevron across the street. read more

I like this place as they have a better selection of munchies and drinks than the Chevron across the street. Not to mention gas is a bit cheaper too. My only gripe is that the inside of the store smells like mold. I feel like I have to hold my breath every time I walk into this place. This new Circle K / 76 combo store is perfectly placed and deserves three stars just for having a clean well-stocked public restroom! I didn't give it 5 stars for two reasons. The first is the unbelievably loud Abba on Steroids music they're playing, and the second is the homemade "Tip Jar" at the counter. What's up with that? The employees are pretty taciturn, too. No smiles, no greetings, and on my way out they both had their backs to me. As a former convenience store manager, I'd suggest that this store should get those folks into LP training asap. read more
