The bar is located in a strip of stores along Old Clairton Road, just off of route 51. There is some parking in the front that is shared with all the other businesses, and then a parking lot across Old Clairton that gets used at night when the businesses that it is for are closed. Additionally, there is a private lot for the bar in the back, and parking at the Bill Green Shopping Center just a little ways down the road (sidewalks from Bill Green to the bar entrance). Due to a fire that occurred here a few years ago, the entire place has recently been remodeled and reoriented from how it was originally. The bar is now in the back, and the main dining room is in the front. There is also a great patio and outdoor space with open air seating, as well as some area under a porch. Everything is new, clean, and modern as a result of the remodel. On this visit, we came to hang out on a Saturday evening. It was raining, so we had to get a table inside. It was karaoke night, as they have each Saturday, so we got to take in the sights and sounds of several performers. Since we were there later in the evening, we just ordered appetizers to much on along with our drinks. I got the Fiesta Street Corn Dip. It was a great value for the price, and there was a ton to go around the whole table. I also sipped on a Summer Shandy from their seasonal draft list. As a meal, I ordered the fish sandwich with chips, since upgrading to fries was an extra $3. The sandwich came out within 10mins, freshly hot and fried crispy. They split the big fish in half and stacked it on a bun, so it's very filling. On the side they give you a small portion of tarter sauce, which wasn't nearly enough for how much fish was on the sandwich. It was in need for a bit more flavor, so we requested hot sauce. Tabasco was free (other sauces were 50 cents) but unfortunately the bottle stated it expired in June of 2023. It didn't have any spice left and was a brownish color, so I didn't want to put it on my fish. The chips on the side were good, seasoned with salt and pepper. Overall the fish sandwich was good and a large portion, it just needed more sauce or maybe seasoning on the batter to give it more flavoring. For $15, I would recommend supporting a Firehall or Church fish fry that provides more sides with their menu items for the same quality.
