I had another really good meal from Early Bird this morning! I ordered from their seasonal menu and decided to try the maple bacon bird tart. So worth the extra calories! The filling was very rich and sweet so I was happy with one piece, but it was totally delicious. I especially loved the bacon crumbled on top. For my main dish I had the carnivore hash, also from the seasonal menu. This came out as a huge serving so I ended up taking 70% home. I got the sourdough toast and it was buttery, crispy, and perfectly complemented the hearty hash. Overall a great start to the morning. I love all the natural light in this location and it's conveniently located near lots of shops for errands after brunch.
