Unfortunately, the staff didn't realize this on their end, and the pickup got extended to 15-20 minutes later with extra help from the back. I think with the rushed work needed, the sandwiches suffered from this. There wasn't much meat and cheese at the end of the sandwiches, and the flavors were just okay, nothing special. The donuts ended up being a little hard with a sort of wet feeling to them. The regular cheesecake slice tasted more like cottage cheese and not much like normal cheesecake, which was disappointing. Also, the store is very clean, and genuinely staffed with some of the nicest and most pleasant young people you'll find. BUT.....they ARE expensive. It's about $5 a cookie, which is insane if you think about it. I would say a half of a cookie is a good serving size for an adult, so if you split it with a friend it's a little less egregious, but $2.50 for a 1/2 a cookie isn't a great number either. It's even worse when you drop the Lincoln and get a less than great flavor. Still, it's almost always a great time at Crave. I fully recommend.
