Small theater compared to others. They only have one area to buy tickets which is to the right when you enter the building. There were about 4 registers. Came on a Saturday afternoon during Labor Day weekend and, it wasn't busy. Paid matinee which was $5, so that was another plus. They serve cocktails and brew Starbucks - another plus. They don't have recliners like other theaters which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. I'm hoping they will upgrade this in the near future. Will be returning. read more

Very close to home so this is usually the theater of choice when we decide to go to the movies last minute. My boys always get excited with the self serve candy station and icees. On an evening when it's just the husband and I I like that I'm able to grab a glass of wine (in a plastic cup). Better than the Lowe's theater on Holzworth however, on a planned evening out to the movies I still prefer Santikos in Tomball. read more

Cinemark Spring-Klein and XD - Cinema Near Me - Spring, Texas

This theatre reminds me of a movie theatre from 1998. The venue is disappointing and the seats suck compared to most other theaters. Mask police will make you mask up but have no concern for the sticky af drink station. Like they just let anyone touch the drink station and leave it unsanitized. Truly disgusting read more

Richard @ the refreshment area took care of me respectfully & it made a trip I annually make there even more awesome than the popcorn. Most of the workers there, seem to enjoy their jobs, and these guys opened up as soon the pandemic allowed. However, the manager lied & told me they opened later then they organically did. Thank you Richard & the corporate guys @ Cinemark! read more

No recliners I'm ok with. But not having jalepenos at the condiment bar! That's just wrong man....simple task for the staff to ensure customers stay happy. Also cashier at concession checkout unfriendly. To bad. Guess AMC will get my business. read more

Very nice movie theater! Very peaceful when the kids are not running around like it's a playground. That kettle corn is to die for!!!! I go back for seconds every time! This theater is more convenient than traveling to the woodlands, deerbrook or willowbrook! read more

We like going to movies in the morning to avoid crowds and have never had any issues. Service has always been prompt and the auditoriums have always been clean at that time. Can't go wrong with $5 matinee tickets. So reasonable compared to other big name cinemas. read more

When fresh kettle corn is available, this place is good. Sometimes the employees aren't as customer friendly as they should be. I've watched at least 6 movies here and i'll be back for more kettle corn. read more

Terrible movie theater. I looked it up and it said you only have the have someone over 17 to go an R-rated movie with. They wouldn't let me get a ticket and I'm just a few weeks from 17 and went with a friend who is 17. The concessions are terrible and seats very uncomfortable. I'd never come here again and would rate 0 stars if possible. read more

Place is understaffed. Had to stand in line forever to get tickets. Made it to the front and the staff was not trained on how to use the voucher we had. So that took another 15 minutes! Bout time we got everything straight, we walked in the movie room and it was filled. Had to talk to manager about a refund smh!!!! Stay away if you can until they get more staffing. Evening the popcorn line was long. read more

The place is very nice. The people working in the concession stands were very rude and pointing where things were. Someone please teach customer service. read more

Can't imagine a better theater anywhere! Went to Florida & Tennessee and prices were twice the cost & more! Been to Cinemark more than 20 times during busy times & quiet times and it's been great! Kids that work there are very pleasant & their popcorn is the best. Also they offer other good treats. Anyone who left a bad review probably wouldn't be happy at any theater. read more

My family and I frequent this theater, since it is quite close. It has always been pretty good, but lately not so great, mainly because of this one rude girl that works at the ticket counter. She's always been rude, but today we had to wait because she was on the phone answering questions about what it was like to work there. Not worth holding up the line. I am just surprised that she still works there, and it is really dragging my opinion of the theater down. Now I am finally fed up enough to leave a bad review. Three stars, at least one and a half lower than I would have given it a year ago. Unfortunate. read more

Absolutely the worst theater I've ever been too. Horrible layout to get through concessions. Filthy from the moment you walk in the doors. Will not be back. read more

Starting with the obvious, this is an alternative approach to the traditional cinema. There's a cafeteria-style concession, so you go through and pick your choices, and pay for everything at a register. There's a small one-wall arcade, a bar in the center of the lobby, and some very generous and comfortable seating there too. The seating in the theaters is really nice, and the XD theatre is the best! Huge chairs with a reclining feature and generous arm rests makes this a great cinema to visit! read more

I like this theatre. It's new, clean. close to home and had a good selection of junk food to choose from. The chairs don't recline like at some theaters but it's ok to watch sitting upright. read more

I was so excited to see Jurassic World, I absolutely love the previous movies and the books. Imagine my surprise when they decided to make us feel just like we're in the movie! The A/C wasn't working in our theater (theater #3). They refused to refund our tickets even though we had only seen the first few minutes. So, we sat in a disgusting, humid, and inhumanely hot theater because they would not refund our ticket price. My fiancé had to just leave because he was wearing a shirt that didn't breathe. We wasted money on his ticket. I'm very susceptible to heat, as I have suffered heat exhaustion on multiple occasions, so I risked my health because I did not want to waste the ticket price and I really wanted to see the movie. I was getting so dizzy but because I'm a broke college kid I had to make myself sit through it. Not to mention, the body heat from everyone and people breathing out hot air made it even worse. The worst part is they kept this particular theater open! Why wouldn't they at least warn you before buying the ticket that the A/C was broken? This was a known problem to the employees because when my fiancé told them about it they shrugged it off and said they already knew it wasn't working. That is completely unprofessional to not disclose that the A/C is broken when selling a ticket for this particular theater. This is the first negative experience I have had at this movie theater, but I am completely avoiding this chain. I'm not even one of those angry types of customers. I've worked in retail, I realize the employees can only do so much, but this was ridiculous! That kind of heat is a health hazard! It's these bad experiences that make people want to pirate movies (not the whole reason or even a justification, but just pointing that out). read more

Was soooo excited about having a movie theatre practically in my back yard! It didn't look that big from the street but it looks like it has 12 theaters. Everything is new :) seats are ok, was expecting super comfy though. They have alcohol! Woot-woot! I liked the candy selection- including bins with sour belts...yum! read more

Poor customer service! I purchased tickets on ticketsarwork.com to go watch the movie star wars and when I got there the movie theater was too pack and I could not find a seat for me and my 3 kids well I went to the customer service area and they said they first said they could get me a later showing which was fine but then told me they couldn't because of how I bought my tickets. I was so disappointed that I couldn't watch the same movie that I purchased the tickets for. This is poor customer service for this theater. read more

For the price they charge I've experienced better. We paid $12.50/ticket. The screen size and seats were nice but they blared the sound to a degree it was uncomfortable listening to and the thing that most disappointed was how disgusting the concessions were. You tripped and slide all over popcorn every inch of the place, napkins wadded up drinks spilled and it was like that all 30 minutes we sat in the line to check out. read more

Staff seems uninterested. But this cinemark is always very clean, including the bathrooms. Only thing I wish I could change is if you could buy the tickets online, and choose your seating. read more

Best. Kettle. Corn. Ever. This theater has been here a short time, and part of the reason I come here is for the kettle corn popcorn. Besides that they have really comfortable seats, and I am all about a clean establishment. You will always see someone walking around with a broom and dustpan picking up trash (if any at all) throughout the halls. There is a private room for parties which is cool too. PLENTY of parking spaces. read more

Great theater, HOWEVER, they now make you pay, then give you a cup for your drink, and you have to go BACK and fill your soda. Tough when the place is really busy. They Said people were "stealing" sodas. Whatever. If you are going to make a big change like this then staff the place properly! ONE cashier, and soda dispenser areas FILTHY. Sad - this is a huge step backwards for this location! I never really liked the "buffet/cafeteria style concession set up here anyway, always a log jam at the soda machines which are too close to the cash registers read more

I decided to try Cinemark because I received a gift card for Christmas. I was rather disappointed because I've gotten used to theaters like Alamo Draft House and Studio movie Grille. Here you have a self-serve style line where you grab what you want and pay for it at the end of the line. It was a bit on the pricey side for what you get. The seating was the oldschool stadium style. The worst part was the level of how loud the volume was. It was abnormally loud! I definitely won't be back. read more

The concessions were so backed up it was going to take me 20 minutes to get popcorn and a drink - one employee dishing up popcorn (very slowly), one was making popcorn and one was ringing up customers. Movie started late as they seemed to have difficulty with it and all was good until the end when with about 3 1/2 minutes left of the movie the house lights came up and screen went black. Had to go out twice in a 20 minute period to get the manager. When she came down and we explained what happened she said that she had just come off break and this was the first she had heard of it. She did get it back up for us but no apology and no offer for a pass or coupon to try and make up for the mess. Needless to say I will NOT be going to this theater again. read more

I've been coming here since it opened. I love it. It's clean and maintained. The seats are comfortable too not bad

Pretty good theater. Speakers were very very loud but we got used to it. Good selection of junk food in the lobby :)

I like how close it is to the house, clean bathrooms and overall appearance inside and out. It's fairly new and not over packed on any days I've gone with my family or on date nights. They do military discounts and early bird specials. This has been our home movie theater and am disappointed when a movie we want to see isn't showing at this theater. read more

This is a nice theater and well maintained. I also appreciate that it has the latest movie-going features that Cinemark has to offer. My main issue is that the beer and wine prices are not only overpriced, but the staff also seems ill trained to handle these transactions. In fact, many of their staff members react as if you have asked them for illegal drugs when you order a beer. I understand that a theater must comply with a number of state regulations in order to serve alcohol. It just detracts from the experience when these transactions are handled so poorly and with a high degree of awkwardness and nervousness. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had in a theatre! We came to watch Avengers Endgame, we walk into the building and there is just a HUGE congestion of people. We were in line for so long for the 10:00 movie. "Ms. Murphy" come up and tell us that she "moved the line", which is unfair, as there were people that had been waiting for a long time, and they were made to go to the back. Then, she says she's moving the line once more which was pointless at this time. Then she goes and says that she won't let anyone in because there wasn't a line, which was her fault because she moved it, which caused a blob. At the end it was like 9:50 and they just let people in, it was complete caos! To sum it all up, they are unorganized and irresponsible. read more

Close to the house and everyone is always friendly. A bit on the small side, but the picture and sound is terrific.

Movie time says it starts at 4.35....it's now 4.45, been waiting in line for over 20 min and I'm still waiting in a super long line outside of the movie theater. This makes no sense. The concessions line is extremely long as well. There is very little room to navigate around int the entrance area. Horrible layout. Probably will never come to this theater again. read more

The experience in these theaters are like none other. The sounds, the seats, and the service make cinemark one of the best companies to watch movies in this internet age of streaming services. The only thing is ordering drinks and other extras. Not necessarily the price but the quantity and all other services (popcorn, candy, beverages) have priority over alcohlic drinks. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes before they pour you a cold beer/margarita/wine to enjoy with your movie. read more

Incredibly unimpressed by this theater. I came with my family to try to see a movie and the lines were SO long even though I arrived 30 minutes prior to my movie, I was late. The layout of the ticket and concession lines make NO operation sense. You will wait forever as they only have 2 people running the ticket registers and NO automatic ticket machines. Also only ONE person running concessions with a line practically out the door. I will not return until the make some changes and value the customer experience. Regal Cinema has my loyalty from now on. read more

We have come to this theater many times without problems. Today we showed up to a showing we had pre-purchased tickets for, but there were not enough seats. The manager personally sought us out, assured us that (if we were willing) we would have guaranteed seats at the very next showing. Given the minimal wait, this was a perfect example of great customer service and is the reason why cinemark keeps us coming back! Thanks! read more

After waiting an 1 1/2 hours my children (17, 13, 12) were seated at the Avengers movie. They were there first and sent a pic, they were so happy. Only to be told by a Manager by the name of MS B that it was a mistake on their part that they were seated, and would need to go to the BACK of the LINE! Instead of being a manager and saying "hey guys you were seated too early, let's wait here by the front as WE KNOW you were here first, so that you can get seating" she didn't do that and instead asked them to the back of the line. I talked to her and while doing so she continued to adjust the ropes on the line, wave at passing customers and not give eye contact, she was so rude. I requested a refund however, I would have wanted her to do what was right and offer me a later movie (which I would have took gladly) and ENSURED that they were there first to get good seats, but she did not .... I don't know how Cinemark makes their hiring decisions but as a recruiter, who has hired thousands of people for multiple clients, I can tell you this was a bad hire!! read more
