The folks here are friendly and have the time to explain things to you vs. trying to shuffle you through because of big crowds. Of the times I've watched a movie here, getting good seating and tickets wasn't an issue. Oh, and are you looking for that limited edition popcorn bucket? Chances are people haven't over inundated this location the night before to buy them all up so they can sell it on Ebay. I guess one of the negatives here is that it is smaller than the newer places so there's only 8 theaters here which means that movies will be more likely than not only shown in a single theater (less flexibility of start times or they may not have certain movies if a bunch are out at the time). Came here to watch the new Lilo & Stitch movie. It's a little underwhelming to say the least. I'm used to recliners and a more upscale experience, but this will do in a pinch. The theater is dated, and the concession lines could be much faster. I'll give them a pass because it was memorial weekend and all the families were out & about, but it did take a while. There were only 2 or 3 cashiers, which definitely increased the wait time. I left my backpack in the theater after the movie, and remembered when I got on the freeway. I called right away and asked them if they had seen it, they said they were cleaning the theater, but would look for it. Thankfully, it was brought to the concession stand in tact. Nothing was stolen, and for that I am deeply grateful. I will give them credit for their honesty. While not my typical style of theater, I can't knock the price. It gets the job done. read more

The arcade games don't work but yet don't have a "out of order sign" waited 15 mins to get replacement token which we never got because they didn't have anymore! It's not very fancy, but for such a good price, it doesn't have to be. A lot of good choices at the concession stand. Saw Terrifier and Mufasa here, both pleasant. Its hard to give a discount theater a low score as...your at a discount theater, DEAL WITH IT! Skeleton crew working almost all the time, oh well. I've been here so many times when I was in High School & in college because this place is a bargain!! Such affordable movies tickets range between $4-$8! Always check the website to look for the lowest price. Although the ticket price is unbelievably amazing, the seats are not. Seating is so uncomfortable, my back and bottom started to hurt the first 15 minutes.. it might be hard to sit for a three hour movie... This is definitely one of the worst theaters that have bad seating, I kid you not.... So I recommend to bring maybe a blanket to cushion yourself. The bathrooms are fairly clean, it's always a hit or miss depending if it's busy or not. Parking might be hard since there's foot traffic in the late afternoon & evening. I like supporting small theaters when i can. They typically provide a charm that the big guys lack. Boy was i wrong about this place. First time here today and will never come back. Everything was okay up until we walked into that humid, hot theater for a 2.5 hr Eternals movie. You can tell they dont have a good HVAC air system or refuse to turn it on. Then some group was in our seats, which we figured out with them and they moved...right next to us, and another group on other side of us. No social distancing (yes, we asked the usher) We were packed like sardines, in these small seats (my seat had a nonexistent broken arm rest!) with no air recirculation. Screen projection was so dim the whole movie, even in daytime scenes, and you can hear the loud projector fan during dialogue scenes ( we were middle-middle of the theater. The audio? My gf mentioned having better movie audio on her iphone. Best part of the movie was when it ended and we ran outta there! Ownership/ Management needs to do much better. read more

Just go somewhere else. I tried to give this place a fair shot but it's just not worth it. The concession area moved fairly quickly, but that's about the only good thing. Once you enter the theater you're greeted with a foul stench of dirty carpet/mildew and must. On top of that it's hot and humid so that adds to the funk. I found my seat and the left armrest with a needed cup holder was broken. After I tried my best to get passed all that I noticed the screen was dim so it was a little hard to see clearly. I ended up sitting through a 2 hour movie extremely uncomfortable and itchy because I can only imagine how filthy the seats must have been. I'm lucky I didn't take any bugs home with me. read more

Been to this theater a few times. Yes, it is older, but it is also cheaper. During the day, it's about $6 and an evening movie is less than $10. Not too many frills here. It doesn't seem like this theater gets too crowded. The seats are a bit dated, but comfy enough. The workers here are friendly. You have to enter to buy the tickets and you buy movie tickets from the concession stand. There is no one at the box office outside. They do offer the typical movie snacks here. You can sign up for their rewards program. I always get coupons from them. The movie theaters itself are smaller than what I am used to, and the seats are not as raised as the bigger theaters, meaning, if you are short and a tall person sits in front of you, it will be hard for you to see. They have one main bathroom area and it is located outside where the screens are, near the concession. Hence, you cannot really go to the bathroom and sneak into other movies, lol. There is also only one entrance into the screens and there are only 8 screens, so it is fairly small. They do not show as many movies offered as other bigger theaters. Parking here is also easy. This is located in an older area of Chino, so not as fancy as the Harkins in Chino Hills. However, if you have movie pass, they do take that here!! Hence, I will be coming here much more often using my movie pass to see movies! read more

Yeah the seats may not recline and will probably be ultra squeaky I'm basing this review off my experiences. Bathrooms were kinda gross too, It looked like someone had an accident in one of the stalls and covered it with toilet paper never coming back here not even worth $8.50. The concessions feel a little tight but the popcorn was DAMNED GOOD in comparison with other places we have visited.
