Went to Cinemark Carson Ca with the fam to watch the new Ghostbusters movie, it was cool the seats were ok not really comfortable. The food was ok the wings were not cooked all the way through and for $8.95 for 5 wings they should have been on point the mozzarella cheese sticks at $9.00 for 6 were under cooked no cheese pull whatsoever we took those back anything that needs to be fried i wouldn't recommend there fryer or timer is not cooking those items correctly the pizza was good so if i had to rate the pizza gets a 8, the wings get a 3,and the mozzarella cheese sticks get a 2 the customer service here was excellent. read more

How he has a job here is insane literally doesn't greet anyone or say not one word I don't even know if he was charging me or not at the register for my snacks because he didn't even say a word not even hello next or anything. Just a heads up for everyone going back to the movies, this Cinemark not only doesn't serve alcohol but it also doesn't have concessions other than popcorn, some assortment of chips and some candy. The bathrooms are not clean and neither are the theaters. During the days of Covid I'd suggest going to another Cinemark. This theater is the worst of all the Cinemark. The women's restroom is not being cleaned properly and often enough. I will upload pictures to tell the story of how nasty it is being kept. The hallways of the theaters are filled with popcorn and not being cleaned. The floors are sticky and the food area is very nasty as well. There needs to be a cleaning crew specially for this location as it is a high traffic theater and consistent cleaning should be made a priority however it is not. read more

I usually go to cinemark in downey since they have those plush recliner seats but they did nit have any open seats to watch spider man so i oicked this spot closer to me but they were not the same kind of seats yes they are better than normal movie joints but since it was a cinemark i thought they were all the same, not to bad but they should really clean after each movie to much popcorn on the floor and sticky. read more

Cinemark Carson when it first opened, was really welcoming, clean, and professionally up kept theater I thought I could enjoy for a long time. I don't go to movies often, but on my last 2 visits, here is what I observed: at the ticket counter, many handwritten messages of movies "sold-out" and requests to donate for some cause. It was really cluttered and messy looking. Employees looked very sloppy, uniforms and overall look. They greeted me but the service was nothing to remember or stood out. There is now assigned seating. Really? Complete turn-off. Food, like pizza, hot dogs, was barely warm and not good. Seats have no elbow room and automatically lean far back. Can't hold yourself forward except with your feet, or if you're tall. Uncomfortable for not so tall people. Like most places, consistency is already lost at this theater. Won't be my choice going forward and won't recommend it. read more
