Parking isn't free even with validation, I usually come late at night so parking isn't hard to find. The theater itself is nothing special. They have coca cola products and self serve soda machine(free refills). Entrance is upstairs with the kiosk for buying tickets and theater rooms are downstairs, they have escalators and stairs, two concession areas, one right as soon as you go downstairs and then one in the back towards the XD theater room. Personally not my first choice but my go to because it's the closest to my job.

It was cool we went with a large group. We prepaid for our seats and everyone was able to sit together. The prices were reasonable for a movie theater and the service was friendly. Overall we all enjoyed ourselves that day at the theater.

Time for an update... the ridiculousness of a 5p curfew for under 18... 5pm? Most places are posting 10pm. I need to understand why the curfew is so early...

Thumbs up! A++++++++

Heck yeh!! It feels so luxurious there! Been there MANY TIMES! Almost low key addicted tot he place. Great set up, clean, fun, food, drinks, views, vibes, what more can you ask for really? So yeh def recommend A+ totally a place to go to esp if you want to try a new location.

Clean theatre. Cinema was empty. Movie prices are high is the reason for maybe. $55 for three people.

Damaged screen. Dark spots on the screen (theatre 4) were extremely distracting. Strongly recommend against seeing a movie here.

The caveat is you have to buy at the location, which works out for me since it's walking distance. If you buy online there's a nearly $4.00 booking fee. This beats out AMC for my family now, opening up later screenings and flexibility. I'll update more tomorrow, but like the building is newer so far and also doubles as a screening place for Amazon, which means it should be very accommodating.

I've been here three times in the past couple of months, and I won't be returning. Two issues kept…read morecoming up every visit: 1) Popcorn quality is consistently bad. At a recent showing, I ordered the Culver Combo and the popcorn was almost entirely small, crumbly fragments, the tiny broken bits you'd normally find at the very bottom of the bag. It was basically impossible to eat. I got a refill halfway through, assuming I'd just gotten the ends of a batch, but the replacement scoop from a fresh machine was no better. On top of the texture, the popcorn also just doesn't taste good. it had a slightly burnt taste every single time. 2) About an hour into every movie, it becomes obvious there's no AC or fan running. I wouldn't be surprised if a CO2 monitor showed elevated levels. I've flagged this to staff on all three visits, and each time turning on the AC fixed it immediately, but it's never on by default. Sitting in a hot, stale theater for two hours is genuinely unpleasant, and the difference in air quality the moment you step into the hall is obvious. I really want to like this theater, it's a local business and I'd rather support it than a big chain but I won't be returning unless these issues are addressed/fixed.

I can tell there was so much care put into the design of this space. I had the most positive interaction with a tech staff member, I believe her name was Sarah. We found a spot pretty quickly since we went earlier and then it was a quick walk to the the venue. Security was easy going and they directed us to our seats well. All the employees are really nice and friendly. Restrooms are clean. We sat on the second level with a booth for 2. The servers came by right away to give us water and drinks. We ordered beers and some popcorn to watch the game. LOVE the screen. Truly a mini sphere since it spans to the top and you can see the score and multiple screens. It felt like sitting on the field when they batted or just sitting behind the dug out. It is truly the best seats in the house. Super good speakers and I love how great the crowd was. It's such a great spot if you are looking to see a sporting event. They do watch parties for football, hockey, basketball, baseball and more. They also air movies like Harry Potter and then some performances like Cirque du Soleil. I would love to come here again!

My son has been wanting to see Devil Wears Prada 2 and the first one is one of his favorite movies of all time. Personally, I don't like that movie but I went along with him. Tickets are $25 each and they have a $4 parking garage, but we were lucky enough to get a free after-hour meter on the street. It's a nice place and it seems like comfort is their top priority. The recliner chairs are extremely comfy and come with a blanket in case you get cold. You know how movie theaters are always chilly. Once you get settled, you can press a button that sends an employee over to take your order. It's completely optional. We got one small popcorn (light butter, $6) which was big enough for both of us. I like this idea of having the option of ordering and dining at your seat while watching a movie, but the reality is a bit different. It's kind of annoying to see the employees coming and going when someone needs a refill or places a new order during the movie. You can hear them talking and they can even block your view. It's frustrating when you are trying to focus. With that being said, I think it has more pros than cons. There are bars and bathrooms located across the several floors and the one we went to was exceptionally clean. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back to this theatre. I prefer something more standard like AMC or Pacific Theatres (RIP!)...

My wife and I were members of iPic for years and have always utilized the nearby Westwood location…read more Although disheartened when the company entered bankruptcy, we were encouraged to find out it had been purchased and would continue operating as The Cinemas Los Angeles. Last week, we attended a showing of Toy Story 5 at the theater. We learned that not only is the new ownership not offering food service during the transition but intends to abandon that amenity altogether. This is among the most foolish decisions that could be made from a business perspective and will undoubtedly result in a total loss on the owners' investment. The building has a gigantic kitchen going to waste. The screens are small, and the ticket prices are high. The sole reason people have chosen this theater over the numerous options (e.g. Century City AMC) is its special quality of in-theater dining and expanded, up-scale fare. It is absurd that the owners are trying to spin this as an improvement, claiming this unique feature has been "retired in favor of elevated food & beverage offerings -- designed to enhance your cinematic experience by reducing service-related noise, light and other distractions." No amount of polishing to the menu at the tavern will offset the loss of clientele brought on by the abandonment of the in-theater dining option. The owners need only look to the onslaught of terrible reviews streaming in across Yelp and Google or the consensus of complaints in the Reddit community to understand the extent to which this misguided approach will devalue their investment. They will certainly be losing our business until this irrational new approach is reversed.
