This was the third uniform shop in Charlotte that we stopped at before we could find navy scrubs for men. The prices were comparable to online and there were a few brands and styles to choose from. I had no idea it would be so difficult to find men's scrubs. read more

Good service and selection! One of my favorite scrub stores. Selection and is good the owner is super helpful.

Cindy's uniforms are the best!!! I contacted Cindy on a holiday weekend while she was only doing online orders, in the process of a move. I needed a lab coat for class on Tuesday and she met me in person within 15 minutes. Other stores were closed until Tuesday and I needed to coat by 8 am Tuesday for class. Thank you Cindy!!! read more

What a great place and Sumi was so helpful! This is my first time needing scrubs and she offered me info on the various brands and made additional suggestions that were helpful. I plan to visit again! read more

I was on the hunt for uniforms and having never worn scrubs before I expected it to be a long process trying to figure out what I liked but as soon as I walked in she was able to help she gave me different styles to try while not being too pushy but also being very helpful. She was able to give me a personalized experience while also tending to other customers needs. Needless to say I will be going back in the future. read more

They're currently relocating, but are taking orders over the phone. Couldn't get into a pair at that moment but she was very reliable and took the time to inform me and educate me on what kind of prices and material I should be looking for in my scrubs purchase. Highly recommend doing business with once their site is open! read more

Came in to purchase my very first scrubs and I'm glad I came here! Cindy, I believe is the woman that helped me. She was so informative and listened to all the concerns that I had with my body and then she chose scrubs that would best fit my body and brung them to me while I was in the dressing room which was very helpful! Cindy is very knowledgeable of everything from brands to how sizes run (petite, tall). I'm never shopping anywhere else for my scrubs! Cindy made my experience so enjoyable and didnt try to push expensive sales on me which I appreciated. Thank you, Cindy! You earned a lifetime customer! read more

I have been a nurse for 15 years and traveled extensively. The store is small however it is organized and they have a wide selection of uniforms. Customer service is personalized. Meaning. I needed royal blue scrubs and the lady acted as my personal assistant. Mixing and sizing up what was appropriate for me. I recommend this store 100%. I hate shopping for scrubs however they made it easy for me. I just wish they carried Dansko's. Lots of parking. No stress and up to date inventory. I will definately return. read more

Absolutely amazing!!! I'll never go anywhere else for scrub needs--staff was so knowledgeable and helpful! I am so appreciative of Cindy's!!!! read more

I walked in here one day with a folded up pair of scrub pants and told the owner that I really liked these and was looking for a new pair in a different color. I legitimately did not unfold them or have any tags showing and she immediately knew they were Landau and what colors and sizes they came in. I was extremely impressed on her knowledge of different brands of scrubs and what styles and brands look good on different body types. I wear a 4-5x in scrubs so they aren't always in stock but I've found that she keeps more larger scrubs than a lot of places (most local stores don't stock past a 3x). This is a great little uniform store and given that most brick and mortar uniform stores in the area have closed, it's great to have a good quality one nearby for when you just can't wait for something to ship. read more

Although the clothes tend to smell like bandaids, even after a few washings, this place is pretty good. The owner (I'm sorry, I don't know her name, the Indian woman) is so very helpful and knows her inventory very well. If she doesn't have it in stock, she'll order it for you and give you a call when it comes in. And... the prices are pretty decent! read more

I just bought two sets of scrubs from here and couldn't be more pleased. Extremely knowledgeable staff lead me straight to what i was looking for and had me out of there in less than 10 minutes!! Including trying them on!! Only MINUTES from uptown and Charlotte's largest hospitals. Friendly, knowledgeable and convenient!! read more

If you are looking for a store with a great selection of scrubs and amazing customer service - this is definitely your spot! Shopping for scrubs can be frustrating for me, because I'm fairly petite and most scrubs are too large. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by the owner who asked if she could help me with anything. Once I told her the size and colors I needed, she ran around the store grabbing a huge selection for me to try on in the fitting room - this saved me so much time! She was attentive and knowledgable about her inventory, but never pushy about making a sale. If she doesn't have the size or color you are looking for, she also is able to order for you. I unfortunately needed a certain color of scrubs on very short notice and when she realized that an order wouldn't arrive quite on time, she even went above and beyond calling another scrub store to see if they had what I needed in stock. I was extremely impressed with my visit and can't recommend her store enough! read more

Can't believe this store only has one review. The store has moved down to the other side of the family dollar. The lady who works in their was so helpful. It was my first time buying scrubs and they were only for school so I wasn't trying to spend too much money. She helped me pick out a couple of options. After I tried them on she put the two I wasn't getting back without asking. It's a nice shop and I will be coming back once I'm able to wear what I want and not only one solid color. read more

Went here to get new scrubs and had a fantastic experience! She knew exactly where everything was and was so helpful and kind. She asked my size and color and went all around the store to find stuff that would work great. Very quick and efficient. If I need more scrubs I will definitely be coming back here! read more

Seriously, I have never had a better scrubs buying experience! I didn't get the clerk's name but she picked out everything I bought and provided me with plenty of options. She gave me what she thought would fit my body type the best. I won't shop anywhere else for scrubs now!! Thank you so much! read more

Good Store, nice staff, and always helpful. However, recent bad experience had be shopping at another store. Cindy's had one pair of what I was looking for, and is required for work. I asked her to order two more, which she kindly agreed to. Returned on a Saturday at 10 am, and no one was there, came back 30 minutes later, and was told by a different employee that the order I placed 5 days ago did not exist and she had no idea what I was talking about. Unfortunately, had to go purchase else where. read more

Can't speak highly enough about this place. Great selection. The woman (I assume Cindy) that is always there is AMAZING! She somehow remembers you and little details about you and what you like. I recommend this place to everyone! read more
