And insurance representative contacted me to find out why the work was not done and let me know that I was not supposed to pay anything that Broadway dentistry did not properly code the procedure therefore I was charged she even contacted them to let them know this and that the procedure was never done cannot be done because of problems that should have been identified before the bridge was molded I had to have a tooth pulled because of horrible pain and infection so the procedure could not be done, yet they still refuse to give me back my money. They have come up with every excuse in the book as the reason why they will not give me back my money. A representative from my insurance company even called them and told them that there is no legal reason for them to hold on to my money it should be given back and their manager Terry still refuse to give me back my money. Every excuse he made the representative from Aetna insurance company tore down and let him know that was not my money. I am a 63-year-old widow already struggling 425 May not seem like much to some to just throw to the wind with no results but it's not something that I can afford to just throw it to the wind with no results. And I will not silently sit by and let this company take advantage of me just because they feel they can.
